I've been here many times with good results. I called this week for an appointment, was given a 9:30, then they called back later to change it to 10. Evidently someone more important needed to get in. I arrived early, was put at a pedi station & told someone would be with me soon. At nearly 10:30, she said they were done and would be right out. Then others were called from lobby, employee that came out was told to do the lady that came in after me. Then the technician I usually have, that kept telling me they would be right with me, called someone else who had just come in. This was after I sat with feet in water, now cold, for 45 minutes past my appointment time. I got up and started to leave, and the technician grabbed my arm and told me to sit down, that they were coming right out, but no one came. I left, and she followed me all the way to my car, grabbing my arm. I'll never go back there! Evidently, if I'm not important to them, I can just sit and wait!

I normally don’t write reviews, but we loved it. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. It was our first time, and they made us feel very comfortable. They did so amazing! Our nails came out looking beautiful!

Was happy with the manicure I received from Vee at LB Nails and beauty. The salon is bright and cheery, a huge assortment of colors to choose from. Will definitely go back!

Amy did my dip nails. Getting ready for Christmas so we did red. Great care with removal of the over grown old dip polish and before to long my nails and hands looked and felt pretty again. If you're looking for a new nail place, stop in and see lb nails and beauty. They'll take great care of you.

Steven did my pedicure and was awesome!!! I was here once 2 years ago and didn’t love it, thought I would give it another try and I am so happy I did!!! This is my new “go to” place❤️

I came here for the first time since the other place I went to I didn’t like my nails. I absolutely love what Kim did they are perfectly shaped and she took her time with making sure it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place!!

They did an amazing job on my nails, but I had to wait because even though my appointment was at 1 PM they did not honor that schedule. They had a lot going on that day. But I did too, unfortunately it took longer than I expected A rude customer who did not have to wait for her Nails said sorry for my impatience well lady you don’t know what people are going through so keep your comments to yourself because you got your nails done on time! Another lady next to me said she wouldn’t be back unfortunately neither will I because I have another nail shop. I go to on a regular basis that keeps their customers happy and wish you luck with this business though.

Best nail salon I’ve been to! I’ve been coming to LB nails since they opened and after each visit, I leave satisfied! Every staff member is so kind, welcoming and provides great service. In comparison to other nail salons in the area, I think that LB has the best prices, work quality, and sanitation!!!! I highly recommend 😊

I went to LB Nails & Beauty for a gel dip manicure and a gel pedicure while I was on vacation in Mesa. My tech, Steven, was meticulous and gentle. Both my mani and pedi came out excellent! I would recommend going to Steven, and I will definitely go back the next time I am here! Thank you for a great experience!

You must have to be a regular to be treated good here. Made an appt for my dtr and I to see one tech and the tech was busy so she asked us to come back the next day. We scheduled another appt and came back. The tech moved so fast on my dtrs nails she cut her a few times and made her bleed. Her nails are thick and uneven. The tech didn’t do my nails, had someone else do them which I was not happy about but I went with it because they were busy. They didn’t sand underneath my nails either so they’re thick, uneven and gross looking also. They added gel and charged extra without asking both of us if that’s what we wanted. I guess all they saw was dollar signs and a rush job when we came in. For my dtrs first time nail experience I’m extremely disappointed and will not ever be coming back. I’m sure we will be treated better somewhere else and not have to pay $120/per set. We didn’t even want anything fancy. Never again!

I have been going here for about a year. I get solid color gel so I can’t speak for designs, but I have never been disappointed. Everyone here is a perfectionist and I only go back when it’s grown out.

I really wish I could give this place a better review… when I went the owners were on vacation so I couldn’t get acrylic, that was number one. I said ok I’ll just do a regular polish. The nail tech WAS ON HER PHONE doing idk what to be honest and then left my nails streaky and polish on my skin. Also cut my nails soooo short. I didn’t even take any pictures because I went to HB nails in Delta the next day to get them redone. I’m not saying don’t go here, I’m just saying the staff needs to do better. After all we are paying over $45/$50 for good service, but got short toenails and streaky polish :/
