I had the absolutely BEST experience with Katrina. I wanted to add extensions to make my hair fuller after losing lots due to COVID and thyroid issues. She was so patient, answered all of my questions and completely customized everything just for me. My hair looks amazing and I feel a lot more confident. Highly recommend!

I do not trust many professionals with my hair and honestly, I don’t really enjoy going to hair salons. Katrine always makes my experiences enjoyable and makes the time pass by quickly. She also listens to me about the cut and style I want and utilizes her professional expertise to provide insightful suggestions. Her advice never overrides her clients wishes. Her advice always compliments their visions and where it can be improved to fit the clients. I recommend Katrine often!

First timer getting hair extensions and I hit the JACKPOT! Adrianna was absolutely phenomenal and custom colored my hair and extensions to fit the exact look I wanted. I had no idea how in-depth and detailed this process could be. She was super knowledgeable and made my extensions look so natural. Highly recommend booking with Adrianna!

Wanted hair extensions but with my thin hair I did a lot of research and eventually tried tape ins with terrible results. As a travel nurse in the Indy area I found Lauren at LB extensions. She was amazing. Not only do I have thin hair I have thyroid issues too. I walked in for a consultation one evening and we had me scheduled the next day to put my extensions in. She was open and honest about price, took the time to explain everything that would happen on installation day. The next day came and I left feeling wonderful about myself and more confident. On my 6wk appt we tried a different technique to see how it would work. After a couple weeks my hair was not sitting right. I text Lauren she got me in that day fixed my hair and I walked out very happy. Lauren is very accommodating personable and a joy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to do extensions and are in the fence.

Had my first extension appointment with Katie and I love my hair!!! I’ve never had extensions before and was surprised how lightweight and comfortable 2 rows was. It looks totally natural, I went to work and I usually have my hair pulled back and up and when I came in today a few people said ‘ oh my god your hair is so beautiful when you wear it down’ lol. Close people knew I got extensions but others just thought it was my natural hair 😂. This is day 2 but so far I love it and super happy!!!!! They also gave me a goodie bag that had a bunch of nice things in it and I really appreciated that!

Love these girls! Such a talented bunch! They offer everything from snacks, coffee, water, a lending ear or not talking at all. Katrine does my hair and got me hooked on extensions immediately. She is a frickin rockstar! ✨The prices are great and the Mr. Smith products they use smell amazing! Ladies if you want to try extensions or even just color this is your go to salon. These ladies are very sweet and knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction.

This place is a mini vacation every time I go. The girls take the absolute best care of you from coffee, snacks, to talking about random things or not talk at all! They totally cater the whole experience for from when you step in and until you step out. Their hair services are the best I’ve experienced in the country, from a basic shampoo and blow dry to full blown extensions. They give the best scalp massages as a part of some of their services that other business charge a lot for. Huge shout out to Katrine and Lauren for their patience, expertise, flexibility, professionalism, being super understanding, and just being the absolute best people. Katrine did an AMAZING job on me as her first extensions client and I felt like a pro was doing it the whole time. I was so impressed that I asked her to do my reception and Indian wedding hair and she killed it both times. She was so flexible and understanding throughout the whole process and took any challenge like a champ. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you don’t go here for your hair needs, you’re making a huge mistake.

Beyond pleased with the salon and hairstylist that took care of my sons hair, this place is amazing and everyone is so welcoming. Eve was perfect in every way. She took her time , was very knowledgeable, very friendly, made my son feel comfortable, took great care of his hair and even recommended a great product I can use at home. The salon was very clean, smelled great and the atmosphere was relaxing. Truly a 5 star salon.

I cannot say enough great things about this salon! Lauren and her team are miracle workers. I had an appt with Katie and she was so friendly and personable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also loved that they were very upfront with the pricing of everything so that I knew before I even made another appt, how much all of the installation and upkeep would cost. I am so happy with my beautiful new hair. Katie created a beautiful “bronde” color that I get compliments on all the time. These ladies are the very best!

Finally, we decided to do extensions and it was the best decision EVER! My confidence is through the roof! This salon is amazing.I started coming here because my stylist moved here. Everyone here is always so friendly and welcoming. It's a much better vibe than other salons I have been to. Katie is amazing at my fantasy colors and always makes me feel my best when I walk out the door. The prices are good and the products to buy are amazing.

I could not love this place more! The space is beautiful. I had so much fun the whole time I was there, which speaks to the amazing staff. And don't even get me started on the magical shampoo bowls/chairs. Probably most importantly, I LOVE my hair which arrived as a brassy, damaged, blonde nightmare. I have been going here for a while now and let me tell you I absolutely love it there! The staff are wonderful and I just love my stylist! She kills it every time with my hair and the owner also killed it last time she did my hair since my current stylist is out! The first picture is when I got extensions for the first time and the second picture is the most recent move up on my extensions! So if you are ever considering getting extensions this is the place to go!

Lauren has completely transformed my hair with NBR Extensions. I moved to Indy last November and Lauren transitioned me from tape-ins to sew-ins and it's the best decision I have made. I cannot recommend Lauren enough. She truly is an artist at what she does

The salon itself was beautiful and very welcoming. I was impressed with all of the details. The design is so modern, clean, and full of charm. It is a great environment to spend time getting pampered! Mads cut, colored, and styled my hair and was a delight. She informed me throughout the appointment what she was going to do next. She offered drinks and snacks multiple times. The stylists definitely do their best to make you feel comfortable during your visit. The stylists work very well together and use teamwork to help their clients. I was very pleased with how my color turned out. Mads did a great job adding color dimension and created a much needed refresh for my hair. The stylists in the salon were all very welcoming and positive and the vibe was overall warm and relaxed. I would love to come back for another salon experience at LB Extensions! Thanks again!

Today I got to experience nothing but exceptional service at LB Extensions! The salon is absolutely beautiful and everyone is super friendly! Evelyn is a great stylist! She took her time assessing my hair and telling me what was best. As an African American with texture hair, Evelyn made me feel super comfortable and I could tell she wasn’t afraid to style my texture hair. She took her time with my wash and conditioner. The Brazilian Blow Out exceeded my expectations! She was able to get my natural curls to straighten out and have my hair feeling so soft and fluffy. My silk press came out great and she made sure to clip my split ends! I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning!
