Don't go here, the women are almost not welcoming, my uncle was forced to give a tip, they only gave a half hour massage for an hour, it's a dirty place don't go!

I recently visited Lavender Cozy Spa, expecting a relaxing and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit was anything but that. When I scheduled my appointment, I wasn't informed that the spa only accepts cash payments. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that I needed to pay upfront. I pulled out my debit card, but the receptionist insisted it was cash only and directed me to an out-of-network ATM next door, which charged me fees. This lack of transparency was already frustrating. I withdrew $80, which I assumed would cover my 60-minute massage. When I returned and handed over the cash, the receptionist accepted it and led me to a room. After undressing and lying down, the masseuse entered and said I would only receive a 30-minute massage. Confused, I told her I had paid for an hour. She then asked for a tip, and when I tried to clarify, she pretended not to understand me. Despite my insistence that I had paid for a 60-minute session, the masseuse proceeded with the massage but stopped after 30 minutes. She claimed $50 was for the massage and $30 was for the tip, which was never mentioned upfront. This entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of clear communication, unexpected cash-only policy, and refusal to provide the full service I paid for made me feel cheated. I won't be returning to Lavender Cozy Spa and advise others to look elsewhere for a more transparent and professional experience.

I have been here multiple times and each girl is very friendly and does a fantastic job. I recommend this place to anyone that needs to feel better. They do really good job on legs pains. I have issues with nerves in my legs and go there for relief

Don’t go there the lady weird. She was asking for tip before she even gave the massage. She was asking for $20 tip prior or told me to leave that’s how she acted. No professionalism towards customers. I never seen someone ask for tip before the service they provide. Anyways the massage wasn’t bad I give it a 6/10 I think if she wasn’t demanding for a tip and just did her job I would come back. But no I felt uncomfortable with that behavior that’s not how you treat customers…so not coming back.

This place is a joke unprofessional they check their phone while they giving massage for couple times for several minutes 60 minutes is not 60 minutes it is 35 minutes they demand 30$ tip at end standing in my way hostile place don’t go here

Spa is always nice and clean but massage is not professional they doesn't look like professional massage therapists they just regularly massage with oil or vaseline without pressing any point also can't speak or understand English . Going there us waisting money and time only

I have went here 3 or 4 times. The location in Reynoldsburg is very clean. The masseurs are very professional and nice. They always treat me well. They always greet me with a smile as soon as I walk in the door. I work construction and the massages always make me feel relaxed. I would recommend this place to anyone .

Very unprofessional. Took phone calls during my massage. Was singing .. I thought it was a prank. Do yourself a favor and go some where else. Demanded a 20 tip. Locked me in... and stood in my way!

DO NOT GO HERE I made an appointment two days before to have four people come in for full body massages at 4pm. We come in, and they told us they only thought there would be three people and that the appointment was at 4:15. They didn’t give us liability forms, and there wasn’t a single other customer in the store. There was a sign that said “NO SEX WORK” as soon as you walk in which is one of the only signs written in english... not sketchy at all. Anyway, they told us that we had to leave and wait in our car despite not having any other customers. We didn’t come back.

The massage was ok, but the table you lay on is so uncomfortable. Only a towel to cover up with..(weird). My neck hurt worse because the hole you put your face in is elevated with towel. Room was cold.
