Everything I have been looking for. I went to Nicole to fix my hair like 2 weeks before my wedding. I was obsessed. Literally the best hair cut and coloring I have every had in my life. I cannot go to anyone else ever because it won't be Nicole. She is a genius in her craft and blows my mind every single visit with what she can do. She truly HEARS me and makes it exactly what I want. She not only makes my hair a masterpiece but if a phenomenal conversationalist and inspires me with every visit. Customer for life here.

Decided to slightly change my hair style for first time ever. I looked into different hairstyles for my face shape, but still didn’t know what would look good. Had a consultation with Nicole, showed her some pictures and also explained I was still a bit unsure of exactly what I wanted. Shared my concerns of my hair being flat/thin and me not styling it, so it wouldn’t actually look like the reference photos. I feel like she truly listened to me and helped come up with an idea for what would look good. While washing and cutting my hair, Nicole explained what she was doing and why every step of the way. She shared tools to use & ways of styling my hair that were very simple and easy for me and the little work I want to put into styling. I’ve never been to a salon before & am very pleased with the outcome. I’ve definitely found my new salon from here on out! Also loved the environment and general vibe.

I recently moved to the area and Nicole has been a LIFESAVER. I was wanting to make a pretty drastic change to my hair, and she talked me through the process and helped me find the perfect solution to match my hair type, styling needs, and other various concerns. She kept me informed on what she was doing throughout the whole process, and was genuinely just as excited for the change as I was! She's so good at what she does, and is such a kind human being. I'm so lucky to have found a stylist I can trust!

Nicole is an expert in her craft. She listened to what I wanted, educated me on everything she was doing as she did it, and was personal + professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will absolutely be recommending her to everyone I know.

Launch Salon is the REAL DEAL. This is coming from a fellow hairstylist - these girls got TALENT YALL. Thankful to know them (especially owner, Nicole) and so pumped to have them crank out some killer updos on my bridal party for my big day❤️ 15/10 would recommend 🔥

Salon personnel verbally stated they do not feel qualified to provide service to all quests. Please check with the receptionist upon booking any appointments to see if you are the type of guest they have the skill set to provide haircuts to. While I thank salon personnel for their honesty, it leads one to question why the Launch don’t have client specifications and terms of service on their website. Thank you for all you do on the clients you are able to serve.

Any of the stylists are fantastic. They all have given me great haircuts, and all at varying lengths of hair as well! The booking is easy on the website (haven't tried the app yet). I've always enjoyed the experience everyone I've gone to Launch!

I drove past Launch Salon every day for almost a year before finally making the switch. I’m so glad I did! Christa is phenomenal, and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks! She’s also made great recommendations for products that work great for my hair type. Overall, a great experience.

I'm so happy I found Launch Salon. They make me feel so welcome and always offer me a refreshment the minute I walk in the door. It's hard for me to find a stylist who can successfully cut and style my thick curly hair, but Julie is a master. I'll never go to anyone else!

I've followed their page for quite some time and was always so impressed with the magic they worked. Really, literal magic. I've struggled fighting warmth in my hair for years and can't remember the last time I actually Loved it. I caved and finally scheduled an appointment with Rachel and I'll never turn back. The salon itself is beautiful and tasteful and so welcoming - it matches their stylists perfectly. I felt pampered and relaxed the whole time I was there and left feeling beautiful and a part of a super cool secret club. I couldn't ask for anything more and am so happy with my experience and so excited for my hairs journey!

I’ve been going to Nicole for 3.5 years. They are always super friendly and you get what you pay for there. I’ve never once left there feeling disappointed in my hair and I’ve learned a lot from the stylists.

This salon is wonderful! I have been going for cuts, coloring, and even my wedding hair do. Every one that works there is wonderful and will give you exactly what you want and do anything to make it right. Great stylists and talent that understand the science of hair. 10/10!
