Love my lash curl thank you so much! I requested it to be really curly and it was done like i wanted it. Other places do just a lift but no curl noticeable. I am pleased

Customer Service Was Horrible…Cheated me out of my money…had to use my own products; lashes and glue for refill cause hers was falling out the same night but paid with Groupon due to shopping for a new long-term tech…pay for full set get refill free…she charged me for the refill anyways and when I addressed it…she stated “we are not on the same page and she doesn’t want to deal with it….I explained this is a professional relationship and I am a customer/client…however, she had no empathy… I got pink eye about 24 hours later (the next night eye was stuck together the second night large puss and crust in my right eye that eventually went to the other eye) went to the urgent care…they put drops n a light…there was no scratches…that ruled out any self injury…I was in pain and had to miss work…she had no customer services skills nor gave any customer satisfaction …i feel cheated.betrayed.played….I had a horrible experience…I would rather pay the 150 to 200 I’ve been paying for years for great long lasting lashes, no pink painful pink eye and most important great customer service satisfaction. I would never recommend no one here Ever n the majority of my co-worker wear lashes faithfully.

Natecia did a fantastic job on my eyebrow wax! She was very gentle and precise. I really like the shape she did on my brows! Natecia was professional, patient, and kind and I definitely will be going back to see her!

Natecia did a wonderful job! It was first experience ever getting false lashes and they looked perfect! She knew what I wanted and absolutely did not disappoint. I 10 out of 10 recomend this fine woman's work to anyone! :) I also got a lash lift which came out fabulously!

Natecia did an amazing job. I didnt feel any pain at all. She created a super relaxing experience and I even fell asleep. My lashes are PERFECT and just what I wanted. Cannot recommend her enough.

Natecia is such an amazing lash tech! Not only is her work gorgeous but long lasting too! Her studio is a very calm environment and she makes you feel truly taken care of. I highly recommend getting your lashes done by her! 😊
