Sydney does an amazing job!! Every time I go see her to do my classic lashes.😃 I live by Coastal and make sure if I know that I am coming back to San Clemente I book my appointment before I fly back in from Fort Lauderdale Florida. I’m always happy with my results!! 💕

I went here for a fill before heading to Mexico. I was able to book an appointment online and check in went smooth with a kind woman in the boutique. My lash tech Shelby was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant to talk to and honestly did my lashes better than anyone has before. I wasn't in pain and had zero irritating pad slipping etc which has never happened. The lashes looked incredible, exactly what I was hoping for and they lasted so long! If I lived locally I would absolutely be back here often. I don't do lashes constantly but enjoy them for special occasions, vacations and summer time when I dislike wearing mascara. She slayed it. Price was good. Highly recommended.

oh my gosh!!! I have had a total of 3 different lash techs do my lashes over many years..... the first two, not great job.... which led me to V Spa!!! wow.... I was blown away with the incredibly professional and amazing job done on my lashes!!!!! I go now every two weeks , for years.... why??? because the service is top drawer, the job done is THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!! My lashes look incredible, lasts more than 2 weeks, but I go to stay on top of them looking THE BEST! Everyone, yes EVERYONE comments on my lashes and how amazing they look and they ALWAYS say.... " wow they look so natural!! ... who does your lashes?"..... THE best!!!!!

Priscilla is awesome!!! She is so friendly and my classic lash set lasted for like 4 weeks and that’s with me swimming and doing all sorts of things that I thought for sure would ruin them. I’m hooked and will always come here.

Went in to Lash Spa Boutique, staff friendly. Technician was nice, professional and interested in giving me what I wanted. I was pleased with the results. However, in one day My eye-lids became itchy, puffy and red indicating I had a reaction to the products they were using. I waited 2 days to see if it would calm down and made a consultation appointment with them. They confirmed I was having a reaction and said they should be removed. However, was extremely disappointed to learn they wanted to charge me $35 dollars for that removal and think the professional and compassionate approach would have been to offer a complimentary removal. Tried their suggested approach of coconut oil....still not all off.....so clearly the glue works!

Beware of this customer's review: Erin Dill. She came to Lash Spa Boutique and was serviced by one of our lash technicians, Savannah. Savannah is a solid lash artist and on top of that, a very sweet person. Attached is one of many testimonials that you can find online about Savannah's work. Erin got a Natural Lash Set, which is the 1/2 set that we offer. Savannah worked diligently on this set and she left very happy. Erin had had to come back two times to Savannah to get her set to her liking. Savannah, twice, spent close to an hour each time to help Erin at no extra cost, mainly to make her happy. All the while we offered a removal at no cost every visit but Erin insisted on keeping her extensions on. However, after a weekend, Erin called the spa and asked for a full refund, this time blaming that the extensions were falling 2-3 per day. We asked Erin that she must come in for a removal to talk about any refund. She then started to give us reasons that she was very busy and had family in town and it was very difficult for her to come in to get those extensions removed. All in all, we stand behind our lash tech's work and vouch that Savannah bend over backward for this client to make her happy. Erin in person always appears to be such a sweet girt and unfortunately has not been fair to our services and work. This is not a truthful review. In demand of her refund, she did threaten us that she would put a bad review online and that she worked for a 150+ real estate agents in town. We are very sorry to hear of her two reviews for one experience but we did try our very best and more to keep her happy (as she seemed to be every time she left.) We did good work and provided great customer service and all we ask is a fair treatment, just like any other human being.

Would not recommend at all. Very poor customer service and lashes started to fall off 10 minutes after walking out the door and drooped in my eyes and made me look sleepy. The manager lied in her response when saying I refused the removal. I actually had an appointment made for the removal and then the manger texted me being rude, I did state that it inconvenienced me going to a salon for an hour 4 times in one week for corrections to a bad job and then a removal with no refund. Because for obvious reasons it did but I still agreed to a removal cause the lashes are so bad. Also I told her 5 plus lashes were falling out everyday (not attached to any actual lashes) and nearly 10 or more the first day. Not 2 or 3 a day like she stated. I never wanted more than a partial that wasn't drooping in my eyes and that stayed in. It was been one week and I have 3 and 4 lashes left on each eye. it looks so bad. Just stay away from this headache and pay a little more to get them done right somewhere else is my advice.

I went to Lash Spa Boutique today to get lash extensions for the first time. They look beautiful. I love them!! The staff was very friendly and informative. I definitely recommend them.
