I was able to schedule an appointment easily and quickly. Alli was so kind and gentle. The first lash lift didn't take and when I called to see about doing it again they were immediatley ready to either offer me a refund or let me go back in and try the lift again at no extra cost. The second lift took and is so beautiful!

Alli Postell is amazing at what she does and is such a great person with numerous skills, a positive and friendly attitude and outlook, and a hospitable nature. I recommend her for sure but I’m certain all the lash techs are great at what they do too!

I loved working with Alli. She is so kind, professional and personable. She made me feel comfortable and gave the best hand massage! I am disappointed with my lashes though. It’s two days later and my lashes are significantly lighter- almost back to normal and a lot less curled, almost straight. I don’t know if that’s the fault of her or just because my lashes are so short, but I’m definitely sad that they didn’t last and feel like it was a waste of money. It’s probably a better experience for those with longer lashes though.

Allie was so sweet and can’t even stop looking 👀 at my lashes! I was traveling and needed a fill pretty bad and just knew I wasn’t going to be able to see my lash tech back home for some time… soooooo I googled and found this cute spot downtown and am in love! Only sad thing is I live hundreds of miles away and only wish she was closer to me. But, that will not stop me from booking again next time I am in town! They have recliners y’all I mean what else can I say? The work done is absolutely amazing! Don’t just take my word for it, just go and see for yourself! I promise you will not be disappointed!! I have a latex allergy and have been worried about getting my lashes done, but they were so accommodating here and the service was so relaxing. The staff was SO nice as well! 10/10 recommend this place!

Came here and had Aleesa do a lash lift. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend her. I’ll be coming back. I have had her do lash extensions before and she’s does a great job on that also. She took photos and added them to her Instagram page. See BBE Esthetics for pictures

I love the lash method! I've been to a few eyelash parlors in the valley and the lash method is the best.!!!!! Its such a relaxing and inviting facility. The eyelash techs are so nice too!!! And they always provide exactly what you ask for. The tech i've been consistently going with is Allie. She's so kind and gentle. Her method of application makes my lashes last for weeks. Highly recommend going to The lash method!!!

I had a lovely experience at this salon. I’ve been multiple times and every time they have been incredibly kind. The chairs/ beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve been in and they even offer clean blankets you can use. They’re talkative and fun but if you want to take a lash nap they’re also happy to just let you lay and relax. I’ve had my lashes done by both Allie and Monica and both of them did amazing sets for me. Monica, the owner is well informed and knows her stuff. She’s super nice and they offer a lot of great lash styles and other services. They’re also not just there to make a buck and care about their clients. At one point while I was there, there was a girl in the salon who was coming from a different lash salon and had some severe lash damage- instead of just making the money and doing the set for her, they recommended that she wait and let her lashes heal for a month, did a removal of the foreign set, and got her some lash serum! All around down to earth people, and a lovely judgment free environment. It feels like a community and somewhere I’ll go again and again. The lashes are great quality and I’ve had really great retention. Can’t recommend enough!

the lash method is the absolute best. i schedule with jennie & she blows my mind every. time. the salon is extremely clean, peaceful & friendly!! i planned on getting one set for a special occasion and have come back for over a year now. absolutely love it & love jennie!!!

I went and saw Jennie for a classic full set before going on some trips. She did a fantastic job with my lashes, making them look so long but very natural. I love them! I am writing this review on week later after spending 7 days in the ocean and they still look amazing!

Matti did an amazing job on my lashes. I have a really good person in Arizona that normally does my lashes, so I went into this appt with zero expectations and was very pleasantly surprised at what an awesome job Matti did, to the point that I thought she did a better job than my usual tech. I highly recommend.
