I love my lashes each and every time I go to Jazz! I switched from the regular set and went straight to volume lashes! Best decision I’ve ever made lash wise! My lashes last until it’s time for my full-in, 4 weeks later. Even with many missing, they still look like a good classic set! I recommend Jazz to everyone who is either looking to try lashes or are looking to switch up techs! Her products are all hers and I’ve never had an adverse reaction! That is a very good thing! I’ll be back and back and back until she decides she doesn’t want to do lashes anymore (which I hope is never)

I came on a Saturday as a new client and was very excited bc I had been following Jazmine on Instagram and her worked looked nice as she had a large following. Simply put I have been getting lashed for at least 4 years and this was the most trash experience I’ve ever had. By Thursday of that week (5 days later) my lashes were almost completely bare. The shedding was immediate and in large amounts. I had a wedding to attend and emailed her letting her know my experience hoping that she would rectify it with no cost but instead she viewed her work and the massive shedding after just 5 days and still charged me. The second time I got off the table there were lashes stuck to the inside corner of my eye when I looked in the mirror which I guess she failed to see before she told me she was done. Very sloppy work and poor customer service. Would not recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would lashes started falling out not even a hour after I left I was sitting at Logan's at the bar looked down and about 4 lashes had fell out and they continued to do so tried to reach out to Jazzmon the owner no response didn't even last a week got em done Saturday the 6th of April by that next Saturday which was my anniversary weekend I had to put a strip on to make the lashes look decent because they were so scarce spoke to other people who had the same issue that I know and they told me they wished I would have asked who to get my lashes done by because they definitely would not have recommended her gave her more than one try and will never go to her again sh'e not worth it and tried to have the nerve to tell me when I first expressed my concern at how rapidly they were shedding without my natural eyelash that it must be something I'm doing wrong.
