i do recommend going to lash helm. although i was hoping for my set to be a little more full considering i booked for an hour fill. everyone was really nice and it was great service overall:))

This place is so cute and clean, friendly environment! All of the employees who work here are awesome and I feel comfortable with all of them doing my lashes. All of them so attentive to detail and I leave with perfect lashes every time. I have been going for 6 months now and I do not think I will ever stop!

Utterly disappointed with the level of customer service at Lash Helm. I went in expecting a great experience and amazing lashes! I explained that I did not want to look like my lashes were false. And we agreed on a natural looking Cat eye. When I was allowed to open my eyes, I was taken back by how false my lashes looked. I was in a rush so I had to leave. I attempted to spend the night with them to see if I could get adjusted. I did not. So I text Lash Helm explaining my dissatisfaction. I received passive aggressive texts back versus real solutions. Once things got too confusing via texts, I received a call from the owner. She further confused things - by offering a solution that would not immediately fix my issue. I was over talked and hurried thru on the phone call. A solution to my letdown is not, leave the current lashes I have on and fill in with what I really want. Nor is being charged for a new set. I paid for a full set, I am not pleased. Why not offer a new set, for a first time client? Terrible customer service. I would not recommend Lash Helm to anyone.

First time going to Lash Helm and it was a great experience! Salon is super cute and I enjoyed chatting with Jacyln. And most important, my lashes came out great too!

I love Lash Helm! The owner Julia is so sweet and accomodating, as are all the girls there. Their studio is adorable and you will leave there feeling more beautiful than ever. I’ve been going to Julia for 2 years and will never go anywhere else! People ask me about my lashes all of the time and Lash Helm is seriously the best!!

I will only go here to have my lashes done because they do such a great job compared to anywhere else. Parking is convenient and everyone is friendly and professional!

Julia is my go to girl ! Always get wonderful compliments on my lashes, and they are usually long lasting. She can always squeeze me in at last minute as well!

Just love these gals. Best lashes around. I searched for Julia after she moved for over a year because she is the best. I get compliments non- stop on my lashes. I’m a professional so my lashes look good but not fake or too much. Not having to deal with mascara or taking off makeup is amazing. Cuts out so much time in the morning. I always leave the studio in a better mood because it feels like a visit to an old friend. Just book it. You won’t be disappointed.
