I’ve been here a few times, and have been satisfied with the results every time. I’ve been going to Hailey for the last few months and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone asking where to go to get your brows or facials done.

I like Lash Envy. I am sure the artist whom i had the appointment is good. BUUT, the day right after I've got my lashes Done, every single day up to today 11-16-24, few lashes have been coming out. Just too concerning. I've had my lashes Done BEFORE this artist SHE done A LOT better than her. Only because NO LASHES HAD COME OUT. I LIKED the former artist i had. Bummed that i cannot see that artist. Thanks for the service. 🙂

I honestly had a terrible experience here. The photos I showed to the lash technician for what I wanted looked nothing like the lashes I received. When I called into see if I could get them fixed/ refunded they said they would fix them to my liking for free. When I went in for my “fix” they said I would have to be charged for an entire new set. All they offered was thin out my lashes ( which didn’t feel pleasant either). Wouldn’t recommend going here.

After trying to do them myself I finally gave in and called to have someone do them . I literally was nervous as this is a lot of money to walk out unhappy . My tech was Layla not friendly at all when she brought me to table told me to lay down, I asked here what can I put my purse she looked clueless so it went to the floor. When I scheduled the appt I told the girl in the phone this was my first time and had questions she reassured me that the tech would talk to me about what I was wanting and see what we could come up with . Well all she said I think the classic will be good . After showing me a pic I thought ok they are simple full but not over kill . Not friendly at all kept dropping things it was like her day was off or just didn’t want to be there . No how is ur day no smile as she was sitting at the desk when I came in I had no idea she was the tech or I would have passed . But hey I gave her a chance . Just no customer service . I had to ask how to care for them just gave me a card but was pushy to sale me the eye wash and brush . Which fell out of my purse and no one seemed to find it . After looking at them when I got home I see gaps in like seriously I’m not happy at all I will be calling when u open I would like them to be rechecked . My daughters even asked me I thought u got ur lashes done !! I did where !!!

First time in for a lash lift/tint. Not only did Nicky do an amazing job, she also radiated the most kind and warm energy! Beautifully kept spa with truly kind staff and excellent results! Thank you all and I look forward to seeing you again!

Great custom spray tan. Nicky provides a comfortable environment with privacy and is a true professional. I’ve had numerous custom tans done and this was the best. The color is a nice, natural looking brown, not orange and not streaky. Best one I’ve had to date. The studio is always neat, clean and professional. I would highly recommend Nicky and Lash Envy for custom spray tanning!

I just got an eyelash lift and tint for my senior prom and Nicky did an amazing job! She recommended me the blue-black tint instead of the regular black one and i’m obsessed. They turned out amazing and I will be returning for more services in the future!

Came out with less lashes than I went in with. Simple fill. They said I could come back for another person but scheduled me on the wrong day. Then I asked for a refund and never heard back. My eyes were glued shut and in pain. After 3 years of getting extensions this was the worst place I’ve ever been. The music was rap for two hours! I feel ugly. I was just dismissed completely after they told me the technician had several complaints. Don’t go there.

I stopped in to ask about lash fills and they were able to see me the same day. Everyone my very friendly. They explained about other services they offer. My lashes look great. I have another appointment. Highly recommend you check them out

I was in town visiting and needed a lash fill before returning home to a busy life, so I got online and saw how close lash envy were located to me plus the awesome ratings so I decided to take a leap and make an appointment. BEST SERVICE hands down. My lash artist Sydney did a better job than any other artist I have been to up to this appointment. She did exactly what I asked, and went above and beyond to make my experience great, I highly recommend her. The business itself was very clean. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back in my future visits to Arizona.

First time at the Salon and was very impressed. The salon itself was very clean and decorated nicely. I was a tad nervous but front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Karisa the lash specialist was running behind from previous client but I was made aware of the delay right when I arrived so not a big deal. Otherwise , Karisa was wonderful, she took her time to discuss what I wanted and walked me through each step along the way. I am overall very satisfied with my experience at the Salon and my lashes amazing!
