Liz is always professional and ready to assist you in making you look and feel good, whether it is a laser treatment or hair styling. She is so great with kids too! My girls feel pampered while they sit in her chair and leave feeling beautiful!

Hey all, I went for a 45min massage session after seeing some +ve reviews. I went by 10mins late thinking my session is at 3:30 pm but it is at 3:15. After formalities massage started at 3:20 and ended at 3:40. She mentioned it will be 30mins session as you are late due to x reason. She did just for 20mins. So, the massage is average no pressure felt and she stopped at 3:40 mentioning 30mins is over. And the twist is they have charged for 45mins session and I assumed it's a mistake and went in and asked. She replied it's a 45mins and I'm late so it's not their mistake. Wow I was like okay so they take money which ain't belongs to them. This is how their vision, ethics and values. Looks like these people don't have morals on how to do a business and I don't think it's a Canadian thing to be like this. I hope people don't go blindly by trusting Reviews 🙏 😕. Thanks of you read all the way to here. Now the owner replied as I'm not in their system, I request the owner to look into your system properly and you will find my details and I also have proof of payment to your parlour

Lauren and Marlee were wonderful. Always so pleasant and do a fantastic job. Switched to regular polish and still looks amazing My husband is loving his manicures. Now working on the pedicures.

Treat yourself at Laser It Salon and medical Spa. It is a salon that has an outstanding reputation in Essex County! This past week I had an appointment for a consultation. As I age I was curious about what medical services might be available for maintaining the health of my skin. The meeting was very informative, I learned about how our skin ages over time. The consultant discussed the benefits of certain treatments, and also the cost associated with the service. I appreciated the patience, understanding and I did not feel pressured to buy a service. The consultant was professional and knowledgeable about the medical treatments. Thank you for making this a judgement free experience. The attention to detail leaves the client proud to be a customer. Looking forward to December when I will be having my hair coloured and cut with Liz. Thank you Laser-It!

I have been having a problem with my left foot for months. I have seen to two different chiropodists. I got more relief and more helpful information/recommendations from Maddie, the new massage therapist, than anyone else. She was very kind, helpful and especially knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Love Laser It. It’s crazy that I grew up passing it by so often not knowing all that they have to offer. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful, it’s obvious they have my best interest at heart when it comes to all the services I’m interested in. Crystal is literally the best, so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and makes me feel at ease every time I’m there. I recommend Laser It to anyone curious about a cosmetic change in order to feel better about themselves or make their life easier, because that’s what I’ve gotten out of this place!

$85 for gel polish pedi is way too much. There wasn’t anything special about it. It was basically a polish change. I was asked if I wanted a hear wrap for my shoulder. I got a towel for the heat wrap and no wrap.

Very friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and has excellent customer service. I am sure that is why she is still employed by Laser It as she is such an excellent service provider. I am not sure which place you went to but it definitely was not Laser It, and you definitely did not have Crystal as your Technician. Thanks Crystal for your excellent service.
