I absolutely had an incredible experience today. I loved my facial. She even took into consideration that I just got my lashes done and took care of that. My face feels clean and smooth and 10 years younger. Looking forward to my next facial. Highly recommend. Very professional and I really enjoyed the whole experience.

I just had my first experience at this place. A++!! The staff is very helpful. Dorothea is amazing. She explained everything she was doing and went above and beyond. I’m since one year at lv med spa for monthly facials and also tried out the teeth whitening and the body contouring. Everything is always perfect. Clean professional and the whole stuff is super friendly.

I’ve gotten the perfection facial and the vampire facial from them and I loved my experience everytime! The vampire facial is def worth it. 3 days later and my face looks like it’s never been touched by anything bad a day in my life. All pores have shrunk. Scars are starting to look better. If you’re waiting for a sign to get one- this is it.

This is the place to be. I just moved here from South Carolina and needed to find a med spa that I could trust immediately. Everyone there was so kind and caring. I did the body contour and noticed immediate results. Love this place.

Sadly, I am leaving this review before I even step foot in the salon. My review is based soely on customer service, not services provided. I have dm’d the spa on two occasions over Instagram. First occasion was regarding filler, botox, hydra-facials, and micro needling. I had very specific questions regarding the services I was interested in and received very short, half answers. When I asked again hoping to get a little more info I was told to call the spa with my questions. I just assumed that it was a busy day and moved on from it. I ended up going to another spa and getting all of the services completed. Saturday, I saw a post about the body contouring special and decided to message again with specific questions. Again, I received short, half answers. I tried again being more specific. I even apologized for my questions and explained that I want to make sure I had the correct info before using their services and the response was again short. I was expecting something like No worries at all happy to help, Instead I received “5 for 599 10 for 899”. I will be going to another spa for these services. I follow this spa and have seen insta posts That make it seem like a very friendly and comfortable place to receive services but the responses to questions are cold and unwelcoming. I come from a very small town where customer service is the back bone of any businesses success and your first contact with any business sets the impression of the entire company. I really wanted to try this spa but would expect if one is going to spend upwards of a grand for services a few questions wouldnt be a difficulty.

This med spa...(and I have been to a few!) Is by far the most well kept, professional, comfortable, classiest one I have ever been to. After my first visit I was definitely impressed but it was the fact that every time I go back the experience gets even better. Their prices are absolutely reasonable compared to others. They offer so many different treatments you can pick multiple options for example lip fillers, there are different choices they will go over in depth with you before you commit. I am a big fan!
