Just finished another incredible massage by Melinda. As per the other reviews, Melinda is keen to ensure each treatment is custom to your body needs that day. After back surgery and years of sciatica nerve pain finding the right therapist is a game changer. For me that therapist is Melinda….truly an exceptional therapist. I could not give her a higher rating or recommendation. Treat yourself and book in with Melinda. Paul

I love this small and intimate space and the services they provide. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I have had fabulous facials and treatments by Patricia, she is so kind and knowledgeable. She doesn’t push things on you, which I appreciate. My skin and I are so happy after her treatments! Melinda is an amazing masseuse. She always listens to my needs. It’s not the run of the mill massage, she customs my massage and my time to my needs. She is very skilled and it’s apparent she is passionate about what she does. I’m so grateful for both of these fantastic professionals . .

I have been going to Melinda for over a year for my monthly massage visits. She truly listens to my needs and adjusts my treatments every visit. I could not be more pleased and happy to have her on staff here at Las Sendas Spa. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Angela Davis

This review is for the massage therapist, Melinda, specifically. Melinda is an exceptionally caring therapist. She goes above and beyond to tailor her sessions towards her clients needs. I've seen Melinda for a variety of concerns from pregnancy related aches & pains to tightness in my shoulders & other joints tied to occupational strains. She always makes you feel relaxed & taken care of & does her best to educate you on what's going on with your body & how you can support it.

I went to the Las Sendas Spa for a massage, and Melinda’s friendly professionalism put me at ease right away. She’s extremely skillful and knowledgeable, and she relieved back tightness and pain that I’ve been struggling with for a long time. The spa itself is lovely too. Highly recommend!

Medium sized and well apportioned space with more than enough equipment for satisfying cardio and/or strength workouts. Beautiful views include a resident road-runner. Friendly staff who are always willing to change music or any one of the 5 tvs. Fees seem comparable to the local big box gyms, but less crowded.

Might wanna specify if it’s only for your community. I called to find a gym because this is the first place on google and the lady says we only accept a few who aren’t apart of the community….. like that the hell does that mean lady? It sounds very biased who they let in. Learn how to answer calls

Have started using my 2 week free membership and began attending the yoga classes to help improve my flexibility. The class sizes are small enough such that a beginner like me can still receive individual attention, which is great. I leave the classes feeling quite relaxed and calm. Such an awesome feeling!

This gym is awesome. The price is very reasonable, especially compared to similar gyms with nicer amenities and boutique classes. The staff are accommodating, attentive and passionate. The amenities are way better than the box gym I've been too and I love to new remodeled facility and equipment. Plus, the view is breathtaking in the evening!

Hidden gem in the NE corner of Mesa AZ. There is an indoor outdoor style gym making workouts fun and versatile. They hand pick some high quality personal trainers who represent this upper echelon establishment quite well. The Fitness Director Kelly Michaels is uber professional and outstanding customer service is the way she runs the show.
