Not only did Abbie give me wonderful service (a much-needed shoulder rub and aromatherapy), but she also helped me think through and educated me on a new hair style. I left with a great hair cut, and a new look that I love.

Always a pleasure to be at Landis Salon Sugarhouse. Love the hair wash chairs with massaging back! My first time meeting Kelli and she was able to cut my hair exactly as I wanted with only my description. I have been going to Landis Sugarhouse for about 10 years for my hair. I have only had one unsatisfactory visit a long time ago and that was when I was trying to save money and used a new artist instead of a Grand Salon designated one for weaving hair color. With that unsatisfactory experience, however, they had an exceptionally talented artist fix it without additional charge. I believe they work hard at customer satisfaction.

I have gone to Landis for 20 years. The atmosphere is clean and modern and smells so good! They put the customer first and really care that you leave loving your hair more!

I've been coming here for over 10 years now, and have really enjoyed each experience. The stylists are great - I've had a few just due to scheduling changes - and really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. The space is open and light and nice to be in. Great waiting area with magazines and beverages. Aveda products are excellent, too and they always have new products available to try. It's a great experience each time!

I got my hair cut today at Landis SLC by Autumn and she did an amazing job! She was great at the complementary scalp and shoulder massage to start off with, and getting my hair washed felt amazing too! She was very detail oriented and thorough with my haircut as well. I was trying something new and she delivered beautifully! She was even very kind and understanding when I wanted to change a few things. She was kind and easy to talk to as well. I definitely recommend Autumn and Landis Salon!

I had a terrible experience at Landis Salon and would recommend going anywhere else. I had booked a full foil and cut but it was only until after I arrived and in the chair the hair dresser said her computer services were scheduling wrong and she would not have time to do both. She proceeded to continue and said she would have time to do a partial foil instead. She processed my hair wrong and the roots came out a rusty orange color. The photos I showed her for reference were browns w light high lights. I wasted 4 hours of my day and still had to pay for the services. She booked me again for a redo and this time used bleach to lift my hair… again turning out orange and extremely blonde streaks all over most of my head. Nothing blended and everything looks streaky with hints of orange bleeding all over. It looks noticeably bad. At the end of the day it’s just hair, but I feel a phone call from the beginning to communicate there wasn’t enough time would save me a lot of frustration. I’m very upset to have wasted my time and money, but I most care about the damage now done to my hair. I would never recommend going to this salon, I feel as though they just don’t care.

Always great vibes at Sugarhouse Landis. Emma has been doing an incredible job cutting my hair for over a year now, and she is an excellent stylist, accommodates my feedback for even better outcomes, and has a great outlook on life. 5/5 stars for Landis Sugarhouse and Emma. I love Kate! She was my hair stylist up in Layton but I ended up moving to Salt lake and to be honest, I would follow her to the end of the world to keep her as hair stylist. She gave me my first shag cut (Wolf cut) and I'm obsessed

I recently visited Landis Veda Salon, 900 East, in Salt Lake City and had the pleasure of having my hair done by Jem. Let me just say—she is absolutely fabulous! From the moment I sat in her chair, Jem listened carefully to what I wanted and worked her magic to give me a youthful, refreshed look that feels perfectly balanced. I’m in my 60s, and she managed to take at least 10 years off my appearance without making it look like I was trying too hard—it’s sophisticated, vibrant, and completely age-appropriate. Her expertise is undeniable. She color-matched my hair beautifully, leaving it healthier and shinier than it has been in ages. Her cutting techniques are extraordinary, especially for someone so young, and she even took the time to teach me how to style it at home. On top of her professional skills, Jem was delightful to talk to—so kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy. She even recommended a fantastic spot to grab a bite afterward, and it turned out to be just as fabulous as her work! If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, has exceptional skill, and truly goes above and beyond, Jem at Landis Veda Salon is your person. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in SLC.
