If the design is too hard or complicated just tell the customer NO! I have a photoshoot tomorrow and she played in my nails , no effort no nothing And I usually tip and say thank you but she got neither

If you are being recommend to a specific nail tech then maybe I would say try it. However I was a first time customer and hadn’t put anything on my nails in about 5-6 months. I asked for a full set. Not only did they leave a major gap between the nail and my cuticle, some of the nails weren’t straight and some had a really off shape ( I asked for oval). They continued to try and upsell me with anything else, I continued to say no, after the 6th time, I allowed the nail tech to put jewels on 2 of my fingers…… they fell out within 6 days. On day 6, I went back and ask for a removal, again, tried to upsell me on a manicure after explaining the entire issue with my nails. I was firm and said no. I could’ve forgiven everything prior but what absolutely was my breaking point was the removal. They had taken a nail extension tip and wedge under my sets to scrape off the nail on top, I winced in pain and told her it was hurting since these weren’t even a week old yet. She continued on again. I had to move her hand off of mine so she could stop since it was completely painful and told her again, it hurts! SHE AGAIN CONTINUED! My thumb nail is a bright red from irritation and my nails now have a throbbing pain. They didn’t even bother to remove the glue residue! I went to pay for the removal and told the man in the front, my nails hurts, that was not good and he AGAIN tried to sell me a manicure! Horrible experience with the nail removal, that alone will not have me return and may even have me report them to the BBB

8.5/10 … As a nail tech I will say this is one of the better nail shops in Dover DE, and I decided to try it out given the good things I hear. My nails came out very well. Shape, length and consistency in design are very good. My cons would be the rushing and not paying attention to customers concerns and needs (as I am someone who suffers from thin nail beds) and the sanitation with the drill bits and single use items is something I wasn’t comfortable with but I did request fresh tools and files. My experience overall was pleasant and fast and I got exactly what I asked for. Now I usually do my own nails but I went with a friend on a last minute venture before our trip and I do not regret it but I will continue to do my own nails. $130 for a soak off and full set with minimal design (not bad)

I always love getting my nails done at Lana! No matter which nail tech I get, they always do a great job with my nail art and make it an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

This place needs to be shut down. If I could give 0 stars I would. $76.00 for a regular polish manicure and pedicure. Got done on Wednesday by Friday was chipping. Was told regular polish cannot be guaranteed but she charged me 16.00 (8.00 hands 8.00 toes) to paint. Placed smelled like mold and sour food. They definitely take advantage of people and I do not see how they are in business. I have had gel manicures & pedicures and they did not cost 76.00 in New Jersey.

My favorite nail salon in Dover. Ruby is my go to nail tech. She’s able to do any shape and style. I also really enjoy the owner/manager. He’s really nice and organized.

They falsely advertise their price. I've been here several times getting different services, and until day, the only service i wouldn't recommend would have been a pedicure. However, after today, I would just say get someone to give you a clear price before you sit down because I was overcharged. The sign says 25+ for a full face, and that's about what I've paid at this shop , at least 4 times previous. Today, a different lady did my face, and the price went up to 41.00. So I recommend keep driving and try other shops that go by their price list.

I never ever right reviews ur this horrible experience needs to be noted. Prices listed were different than what they charged. I showed a picture of what my daughter wanted done. They gave me a price. As soon as she sat down, they changed prices and added a million additional meaningless fees. Also, the nail tech next to us kept talking horribly about the customer in her chair.

It's the most decent nail salon that I've been to in the area because they consistently do a decent job and mani/pedi, and they're clean. I wish they could do designs by hand, though. I was told there would be a wait, but I didn't wait long at all. The prices are comparable to market price. Parking has gotten worse. I think because people park here to go next door, from what I've seen.

Ive been going here since I been in DE for 6 years. RUBY is the absolute best in there. She can do any style or design I show her. Exactly like it. She so patient and kind. She always gets me right when I sit in her chair. I will never change my nail tech
