I wasn't able to come for my pedicure & my feet looked a hot mess. The nail tech (Helen)never made a comment or a face. Instead she took her time & made my feet look absolutely gorgeous.

So me and my boyfriend came in yesterday to get our toes done. We had only been there once before with my mom and we knew exactly what we wanted. We both wanted the luxury pedicure so i showed the lady that i wanted the luxury one and i clarified the 45 dollar one to her. She pulls out all different kinds of these pedi in a box’s and asks me if i wanted to try this (mind you im not holding the paper for the prices anymore because she took it). obviously i assumed it was for the 45 i had asked for so me and my boyfriend picked the kinds we wanted. The girls were super nice and a little talkative after that with us and overall did a great job. The thing is that me and my boyfriend came in at 6 pm. They close at 7 pm. so halfway through my pedicure she started doing the painting i had asked for. once she had finished that, my boyfriend had JUST finished his whole pedicure and it was already almost 7pm. so i asked the lady if we could just do some moisturizer and skip the rest since i wanted to be considerate of them closing. she told me she would take 5 dollars off which i was okay with because i assumed what i was getting the whole time was $45. I also did get shlak which is an extra 15. when we were paying she told us our total was $125?!? i asked how and she showed us the paper of the pedi in a box’s we got and their prices. Mine was $75 freaking dollars and my boyfriends somehow was 50. In very upset and i feel very betrayed by this place. The girl knew i couldn’t understand her well either because i kept asking her to repeat herself multiple times. I’m very upset by this that y’all’s employees are scamming vulnerable people like this.

Just moved to Lake Charles and was in desperate need of a new nail place. Found this place on google and gave it a try and thank goodness I did. Very easy to book and they were very nice. My nails look amazing and she did a very good job. Will be coming back and trying new services too. So glad I found a new nail place!!!

Lamour, beauty and spa is the best place to go and get a pedicure or a full set on your nails. Everybody is so friendly so respectful you feel so relaxed when you walk in the door They are the best place in the Moss Bluff and Westlake area

I brought my daughter to have her nails done for the first time. She chose a full set of acrylic nails with a French tip design. My daughter did not want to upset the woman doing her nails and said they were fine when we left. I was charged $80. $80! My daughter told me the next day that the glue was stuck to her skin under her nails and the acrylic nails were too wide for her little fingers and looked visibly uncomfortable. She said that the nails were causing her pain and wanted them removed. I brought her in the next day to have them completely removed. Not only did they not try to make things right, they did not offer a refund and CHARGED me another $10 to soak the nails off. They were rude to me and my daughter was visibly upset by the interaction. Don’t waste your time or money at L’amour. Unfortunately, you were given the opportunity to make it better by refunding the $80 and at the very least, apologize to my daughter and I for your rudeness. The audacity to charge for the nail soak off was the icing on the cake. You caused her pain, shame and lack of trust. You were loud and caused a scene in front of your other patrons. I’m sure they, too, were contemplating the quality and random pricing assessed by you and other staff. You WERE given the opportunity to make it right; right THEN and THERE, but chose instead to be angry and bitter. If you an are sincere, to me and the many others you’ve made the same promise to, you will refund my account $80 for the poor quality fit and pain it caused her and $10 you charged us to soak it off.

I entered kind of late for a Friday night. I was greeted and seated quickly! I requested a pedicure and my tech did an amazing job. She was polite, quick, and efficient. I decided on a basic manicure add-on with shellac and was not disappointed.

Walk-in service was prompt. Nail technician changed hot pink acrylic almond shape to a white northern lights glitter with hot pink ombre and rounded the tips. Friendly and relaxing visit. Nail charge was reasonable and in keeping with the market. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

literally horrible they charged me and my friend 85 dollars for french and a letter charged us more them what they said it was cus we were kids we tried getting them fixed cus oyr nails were crooked and mine has hair in then and they said id have to pay again when the man said it would be free to get them fixed and they tried charging us again what nail place does this horibble dont ever go here it sucks.

I have been going to L'amour for years but I have only ever received pedicures. My 12 year old daughter wanted to get her nails done for the first time and this older lady did her nails and they looked HORRIBLE. They weren't the color she asked for, she hadn't pushed her cuticles back, and she shaped them too wide. When we told her we wanted them darker she put another shelac coat on top of the one she already had put and it made her nails look even worst because they were thicker now AND the extra coat she put on top had a shimmer in it. When we complained she said that was the darkest color they had. We had to go to Kelly's nails to get them fixed. Smh. I will not go back now.

Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is cause I thought they were way to high. 60 dollars for full set of nails. That's a bit high other than that my appointment was great. I don't remember the lady's name but she was great. Even got me out of my comfort zone and I got a new color

Tracy and Tan Tan are absolutely great. Friendly. Most importantly, Tracy did an awesome job on my nails- she was fast but all the nails have straight and clean lines. Also, the price is a lot better than some other places. I’d definitely come here again!
