I moved to Florida 3.5 years ago. Was trying to find a place to do my eye lashes. Almost 2 years ago finally found my place and my person. Won't release the name of my person because I love her and she is mine. Lol! Will never go anywhere else. Followed my person to both locations. Worth everything!

I had the absolute best experience with LaLa Lash. Katie did my Powder Brow treatment, and it is excellent! Really life changing, I went from over plucked brows to the perfect shape and color match, despite having naturally multi-colored eyebrows. I have wanted this done for years, and I’m not sure why I waited so long, because the results make me extremely happy! It didn’t hurt at all, she used numbing cream and it just felt like my eyebrows were being combed. The healing process has been smooth and easy! I’m coming back to Katie for a small tattoo as well, she is the very best artist! The results exceeded my expectations, and I think the way she shaped them even makes me look younger. I just love them so much!

This is my honest review of this eye lash salon. My first time getting eye lashes and I knew what I wanted because I’ve been wanting to stop eyelash strips. Explain exactly what I wanted and unfortunately, that was not achieved. So I reached out to the owner Alexia. She accommodated me at the same location Absolutely gave me what I wanted but also charged me $105 including temp. After I had just spent $100 a week before and did not get what I wanted. She made my future appointment with a girl named Katie. She assured me she would give me exactly what I received from her. When I was given the mirror at the end of service. It was not like what I had with Alexia. But it wasn’t as bad as the first time. When I went home, I had eyelashes falling out within the first three days. It looks like I have not gone in for a fill at all. I reached out to Alexia one more time and told her how disappointed I was and I sent her pictures of my eyelashes to show her all the eyelashes that were falling out. Said she could accommodate me, but it would have to be A different location, which was about 35 to 40 minutes away from my home. I was willing to go, but I was not willing to pay another hundred dollars. She offered me no discount at all. She did offer me an appointment but again no discounted services. We all work hard for our money and we want what we pay for. At this location, I would not recommend any of the girls there. If Alexia is the only one that can bang out a good job, she would be the only one I would recommend. The other girls, I would recommend that they take more training to develop their skills .

Katie was absolutely amazing. I got in for my first time ever getting lashes extensions and she walked me through it step-by-step. I had no redness, no irritation it wasn’t heavy or itchy. It was the most seamless appointment I’ve had in a long time. I’m so glad I did it and I’m so glad it was her.

I’ve always wanted to have eyelash extensions for a long time. Finally, I found this because the reviews are so important to me. So, I went there for the full classic for firsts time and I literally fell asleep while Alexis was doing my lashes for an hour. When I opened my eyes and saw the mirror. At first, I was not used to it. About 5-10 minutes later, I realized that I LOVE IT. I will definitely come back again. Thank you Alexis. You’re the best!

I had Katie today @10am we scheduled a coverup shading on my eyebrows and she did an amazing job! She was very patient and sweet and really took care of me as her client! She’s inexpensive and affordable and kind! She finished with me @12pm. 2 hours of quality work! Thank you!
