I LOVE this place. I’ve been going for years and I have never been disappointed. GLENDA is the best. She will have an understanding of what you would like with your hairstyle. For example, when you say “SASSY”, she gives you that sassy look. In addition, her suggestions are of great value. I give her five stars for her knowledge and experience in hair color. My first eye lash lift here failed. I called the salon and the owner offered for me to come back in and get my lashes redone. She was so accommodating and helpful. My second eye lash lift went perfectly and I appreciate how understanding they are to their customers.

I have been a client at LAE for 8 years. This comment is in response to Zazzle’s 1 star review about her spray tan. Kelley Anderson makes everything right. If you read that review disregard it. It is unfair and inaccurate. I sense an ulterior motive.

I love absolutely everything about this place! But especially the staff. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, attentive, sweet, caring, and professional. Not to mention in all my life I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair, nails, and lashes as I do now, since I started going to LAE. I also listen to my stylists and I buy the products they suggest because I KNOW it will be good for my hair, nails, and lashes and so far, never been wrong.

I’ve been seeing Sarah Beth for almost two years for my eyeglass extensions and couldn’t be happier. She indulges me when I show her pictures and can recreate anything I come up with. She’s the sweetest soul and I now consider her a friend. I started my Botox treatments with Tam not too long after and absolutely love my results. Scheduling is easy and everyone is pleasant in the Salon. The cost is equal to the quality of every service that I’ve had so far.

Went here for a spray tan 6 months ago and have been putting off writing a bad review because I'm a people pleaser and feel bad, but not the case anymore. It took two days.. TWO DAYS for the spray tan to become patchy and streaky. I moisturized every day and showered with cold water, so it was not on me. Worst spray tan experience ever. And then it took 3 MONTHS to completely wash it off some places on my body. I exfoliated religiously but thats how long the damage was done for. Not to mention I also got a lash lift here and she over-curled/over-processed my lashes leading to them looking bent back and crinkled- permenantly damaging my lashes until i lost them all and they grew back. Never will i come here again

This place is the best! I come about 1-2 a month to get my brows done. I’m immediately warmly greeted at the desk and every time I’ve been I’ve been seen early or right on time. I see Kibby for my brows and she’s so awesome. She’s always asking about school and really listens to what I want done and she does it so well! I would come here for more services if I really need them, but totally recommend for brows!!

Dessie Turned my granddaughter into a complete freak and refused to fix it, claiming my granddaughter could just easy fix it from home… however the owner is giving her a full refund. Hopefully soon all her scrubbing and washing of her brows will pay off…

Definitely recommend Chelsea for hair! If you have a shorter style that requires precision, she is your girl! I have been to a lot of salons since moving to Gainesville and she has been the best for the lob. Chelsea was also honest about what I should do, not just trying to make $$ on my fantastical hair dreams 😂. Highly recommend.

I love this place because I've never been disappointed with any service. They are super friendly, fair prices and very helpful if you have questions. Allie does a fantastic micro dermabrasion and Glenda gave me perfect highlights that just brightened up my look and I really needed that right now. Go see them!

I purchased a 150$ spray tan package that I was unable to use because of my allergies the owner was nice enough to let me turn it into a tanning bed package. I called to be refunded the rest of my money since I will no longer be using them. I was told they can’t do refunds???? What kind of business can’t do refunds?? On top of that their stand up tanning bed is filled with dust and dirt like they never clean it and the handles are loose on stand up bed very dangerous screws are loose it’s insane! Don’t even know how this place is still in business or up to code!? I was disgusted and trying to be nice and tell them I moved to get refunded but they will not refund me my money so here it is the truth!! This place is disgusting. They clearly need my money more than me so they should put my money towards cleaning their beds and ceilings actually the entire building!

LAE Beauty bar offers several services including hair, nails, lashes and many more. I have gotten fabulous lash extensions here and see Chelsea Haley for my hair. I have been a client of hers for over 8 years- she offers great suggestions and the cuts and colors are the absolute BEST. She takes her time with you and makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend both LAE and Chelsea!

My microdermabrasion left me with itchy skin, and I called the manager, Judy, and asked if I coudl have a refund on my treatment, and she said no. She mentioned I had issues with other things before like with oral surgery or my hair, but that has nothing to do with my treatment. She is rude, mean, harsh, and impolite.
