Wow. Super disappointed in this experience. Came in as a new client, registered and then sat for 15 minutes without any recognition from the stylists. Listened for that entire time of a stylist complain about a customer and ask about not ringing in a service because she was “pissed” (her words), so she could pocket the money he paid instead. Finally, someone acknowledged we were there and were told the next option was 2 hours later. There. Was. No. One. There. Watched 2 girls walk around, again talking trash about a client. We walked out and will never return or recommend this place.

Had a great first time here. My hairdresser was Holly, very nice and really listened to what I had wanted, talked all throughout the experience and absolutely loved her. Haircut was a great 10/10 for what I asked for, including my beard. She greatly explained what she was doing and how she was doing it. I would definitely recommend this place no matter the travel there.

Already had the haircut I wanted, went in for routine maintenance, stylist didn’t follow instructions and gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had and ruined my hair I’d been growing out. The stylist then attempted to shift blame on to me.

this is the worst haircut i have ever received. the woman didn’t even try to put any effort in, and spent less than 10 minutes on my head. i asked for a fade and she shaved a chunk out with no guard and did zero blending, leaving a border of bald to long hair. i asked for a small amount of trimming on the top and back and she cut it down 2 entire inches, taking off almost half the length. the place is falsely advertised and employs bums from the streets to cut hair, just to charge 25 dollars. you should be paid to walk in, much less get in that chair.

Well I'm in love with this place. lady Jane You've made a man out of me lol 😆 I almost fell asleep when I was getting a head massage 💆‍♂️ omg Taylor you did an amazing job My haircut looks amazing my beard looks stunning And I feel like a trillionaire My daughter wasn't scared at all she just looked at me and smiled.

Since when have lady janes stoped cutting women hair?? I a female have been getting my hair cut at lady Jane's for the past three years and I have never been told that I couldn't get my hair cut their because I'm a woman. I told them that I get my hair cut here and she said that they cant cut my hair because they don't "feel comfortable doing it" They said they won't cut my hair and that I should go to a place where women get their hair cut. 0/10 Not happy vary disappointed

Very slow, and they don't pay attention to what they are doing, would rather talk to eachother then focus on the customers hair. Wouldn't recommend.

Walked in the doors without an appointment. Figured it’d be a long wait, but I signed in and sat down. No one acknowledged me. They had some others waiting, but mostly it was the stylists talking amongst themselves. I picked up a bit of them discussing past peoples preferred cuts. 25 minutes after I walked in, they told me they were all booked for the day. Pretty bummed I wasted my time for nothing.

Walked in to get my haircut. Workers saw me check in. After 15 minutes of waiting in the chair. Workers come up front from just sitting there chatting/laughing and say there was “some kid” here.

Walked into an empty store and they told me a 3 hour wait like if you don’t wanna cut my hair just say it. 2 ppl standing doing nothing trash management

Excellent stylists, just have to make an appointment most of the time. I always appreciate the extra attention to detail in cutting my hair.
