I come every single week to get my hair cut and only by Karla she has done the absolutely best at cutting my hair . She gets my fade right every single time. It been over two years now that she has been cutting my hair.

Karla at lady Jane’s did a phantastic job on my hair she’s now my permanent barber and I’ve tried multiple different barbers but she asked me the questions that lead to me opening up about how exactly I wanted it and she executed. Thank you

Karla cannot perform a simple haircut. She argues with customers and if they leave a fair review of her terrible service, she harasses them on social media. She’s even gone so far as to leave bad reviews on books she hasn’t read or purchased just to make her point after my husband didn’t like the terrible buzz cut she gave him which is NOT what he asked for. She is vindictive, unprofessional and rude. Please choose better staff.

I got off work at 7 and got to lady janes barber shop at 7:10 pm and asked for a hair cut and there was one person in there getting something done and another barber standing around them talking and they told me they are booked and can’t take anymore hair cuts tonight. Even tho they were about to close you shouldn’t turn someone away because your about to close in 45 mins. And the look they gave when I walked in told me everything I needed to know. Needless to say I won’t go there again

She said 20 mins wait. It was over 40 mins And they were taking their sweet time. I don't think these people understand money is time. They even stopped and talked with another customer instead of cleaning and taking the next customer. Not even welcoming, not even a hi/welcome in. She seemed bothered

Love this place, staff is friendly and willing to help with the check in process for new customers also $25 for a haircut and shampoo is a great price..men need to pamper themselves more anyways

Was seated over 40 min waiting. No one even acknowledged me. They were not even busy, Unfortunate because it was my first time there. Will definitely not be back.

I could tell the hair stylist wasn't familiar with long men's hair. My husband had butt length hair and wanted a 2000's Johnny Depp hairstyle. She literally made him look like lord farquade. I had to ask her to fix multiple things and she got mad at me and refused to add more layers. Then she gave him a HORRIBLE mullet and I asked her to cut the back off and blend it with the front. Took her 45 min. We just said F it, it's good enough and I fixed it at home. At first she tried convincing him to keep his long hair and not get a hair cut!! She also said she would taper his undercut and never did.

Christina cut my son’s hair today and did a fantastic job! I know cutting a 6 year old’s hair can be challenging but she did it with so much patience. We will definitely be back!

Did pretty much exactly what I asked for. The towels were nice and hot. 🥵 I guess trying out a new hairstyle really contributes to a lot. I would recommend this one if you like the punk-rock aesthetic of the interior design.

The issue is getting in. The first step is that you have to fill out the most ridiculous form I have ever seen in my life at a haircut place! It's an absurd amount of personal info that is every way you could possibly get contacted. When I said that I was not willing to hand them that much information, that I just wanted a haircut, the response from the girl was, "Well, really we require this. We can't cut your hair without it." I responded, "I've never seen anything this invasive before, and I'm not giving you all this information. So, really, it's just not possible to drop in and get a haircut without giving you my life story?" She said, "Really, no. We require that you fill out the form." I said, "Bye-bye now." And I walked out. Across the street from is Great Clips, which required no info from me and cost five bucks less for the basic haircut. That's where I'll be going and recommending from now on. Jane's acts like you're getting in to see a doctor, and nobody should give out so much information to a haircut place! Just a deal-breaker for me! EDIT: Jane's responds that only first and last name are actually required, but that is NOT what the girl told me when I pressed her about all the information the form seems to require. So some serious retraining is needed, and Jane's needs to dump that ridiculous form entirely! It is extremely off-putting. I won't be back.

If i could give ZERO stars, I would. Came in, signed in, and waited 35 minutes. Had 2 groups of people come in after me, 1st one was 45 minutes LATE for their appointment. But they were redlined AHEAD of me even though they were late. 2nd group came in 25 minutes after me, allowed to go in before me because the stylist I had chosen in the sign in, wasnt even working. Ignored by the girl at the desk when i spoke up. You just lost my business. Great clips just got my business. My time is valuable so ill go where my business is valued.

Love the atmosphere and the workers. There's nothing like a hot towel and a clean shave after a haircut. The best part is the shampoo directly after removing any loose hair so you can go about your day and feel great. Love it!!
