I used to live in Charlotte years ago and have always requested Emily to cut my hair. I had the opportunity to fly in to Charlotte this weekend after 15+ years! I immediately thought about having my hair styled by Emily . She immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate my short stay. We went through about what issues I’m having and what I wanted to achieved in having my haircut. She explained me the process and provided me enough information in what she will do and what causes the issue in my hair. I have not experienced this from her in the past and she definitely worth the $400 airfare I paid to fly into Charlotte! This is more than 5 star service all the way!
