I am very disappointed that they did not even refund my money, which I thought would be the least they could do since I had to have my toe nail removed by a podiatrist! My technician cut a toenail way too short and the doctor said that I got an infection from that. He also said that he does not recommend people going to nail salons unless you bring your own tools. This ensures that they are sterilized correctly. I went back twice to the salon and spoke with May, who said she was the manager. She made me wait the second time for over 10 minutes. No offer for a refund either time. Instead, she called the owner and then made me wait longer and never offered a refund again when I asked and told her they need to do some retraining. I am getting married next March and the doctor said a toenail takes about a year to grow back. I cannot wear closed toe shoes for quite a while now in this cold weather and I am in throbbing pain still, especially at night. My wedding shoes are open toe, but how ugly will that be? I usually just give good reviews and try not to complain because some things cannot be helped. But this time I felt like people needed to know so this doesn't happen to someone else.

Love this place. It took awhile before I found Holly @ La Vie En Nail, but I will be a long term customer. I've also had a couple others do my fills or pedicure when I needed a last minute appointment and Holly was booked and have never been dissatisfied. Clean and well designed environment, too.

This is one of the best nail salons. May does a great job keeping decorating and making the environment clean and pretty. She’s always making sure customers are happy. Every staff member has always been stellar. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Came in for a gel mani- regular pedi. Based on reviews I chose Chelsea and she was wonderful! She took great care and I look forward to see how they last, but based on her process I think it will last longer than the last 2 I have had (in another state). Highly recommend this salon for nail care services. It has a good vibe.

I got my nails done by Hana today and they were absolutely perfect. I got an hombre dip and they turned out exactly how I imagined. She was so sweet and kept making sure I was happy with how they were turning out throughout the whole process

So I moved to the area a year ago and have gone to various nail salons between the 24 and the 202 and just wasn’t finding one that I really vibed with. But then I tried La Vie en Nail Spa and finally found one that was the whole package: pretty nails, long lasting, pretty salon, good people, tonsss of color options, and very reasonable prices. I always see Alisa for my acrylics, highly recommend her! If you get your nails done regularly and are looking for a place to call home for your nails this is a good one

I have been going there for awhile now and the last time I went I asked for the lowest priced pedi and the lady who did it could not understand English . Anyway this gentleman interpreted for her and told her something and I told him what I wanted 2 times!! Welp when I went to pay it was $65 I was super mad but paid it.. I was not payi G attention to the pedi at all my bad! But I do not recommend this place at all!! If you do go make sure to talk to someone who understands English:. Ughhh

Best place ever! Very clean nice people and they take the time to really meet your needs. Every tech there is great! They get you in quickly, but take their time with service :) this week I had Tammy for my pedicure Great job! And of course Lee did my nails ! As always great job!

Always have a good experience. Lee is excellent at designs. He was even very gentle when I smashed my thumb the day before my appt. And I didn't want to cancel since my daughter's wedding was coming up and that was only time I could make it. Elisa also has done good job on my nails before our cruise.

I love Elisa...I can honestly say her service was the BEST I've EVER had. She did a liquid gel set that LASTED 3 MONTHS ! NO CHIPS NO LIFTING I wanted to experiment & see how long they'd last. I'm ready for a fill but in the meantime I've filed & smoothed where product grew out. I'm definitely making an appointment this week. Thank you Elisa.

My technician is Hannah, and she does a wonderful job. Hannah always available for me. Their shop is decorated per holiday. It’s Halloween currently.

Pedicure was horrible the lady who did mine seemed annoyed and just had eyes on timer. I could have given myself a better foot massage. My toe nails where cut crooked and when i asked her 3 times to shape them and make them shorter they are lopsided and paint looks like a 6 yr old did them. 2nd time I’ve been screwed over in here. the VIP package comes with bad attitude and no effort.

Store very clean, adorably decorated every month they change the decor. Nails last 2-3 weeks. Very affordable for the services u get. Come back every 2-3 weeks
