Horrible job I came in 10 am on the 4th of July .. barely any one in there it wasn’t busy at all she rushed my pedicure she didn’t scrub my feet there’s polish on my skin she didn’t cut my cuticles at all she did a horrible polish job I absolutely hate it I will never come to this nail shop again!

Poor service, poor job. Badly done. The polish is lumpy, blotchy and the lady had to be asked to clean up the toes repeatedly, after rushing the job. She was going to move on to do finger nails but my partner refused and changed her mind, since the work was staggeringly badly done. The paint left on the toes beside the nails was hilariously bad and clearly noticeable. Very poor quality. It's not like there's not a billion other nail salons immediately nearby in San Leandro. Avoid. Stevie fn Wonder could have done better. GF says "Unacceptable. Would give zero stars if I could. 5 year Olds can paint in the lines better than this place", per her words. Body swerve this, not even an apology. Badly unprofessional.

Beautiful nails! Very polite and accommodating team. Quality and extremely detail ordinated. My nails have never lifted or chipped. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied by they’re artistic ability. This will always be my#1 nail shop.

Friendly staff, make you feel like family especially when they haven't seen you in a while. That makes you feel real good also. I've been going there since I moved in San Leandro. In 2009.... So that's the spot. Real clean and everything I like the way they do my nails.

Absolutely amazing service ? The technician was astonishing pleasant and thorough. She was so gentle and attentive ! All of the employees greeted me upon arrival , they were busy and I was immediately seated. And serviced . The technique she used in my foot massage was almost leave-my-husband worthy ! 5 stars from me folks

Horrible! I was taken there for a birthday gift - It was 4 of us and we paid for deluxe Mani & Pedi's. I had to ask for services that were already included (such as the hand and foot massage). I was then told (after being handed the nail colors) I would have to add an additional $20 for chrome polish🤯 and that's just a few of the issues I had there. The rest of my party had very simular issues. Like pedicure with out any polish at all no clear coat or anything. No wax even though it is included! Down to shaping nails into a square shape without asking then got angry when they requested the oval shape. Terrible

I came in asking for an acrylic set and pedicure. I didn’t have time to get the pedicure. I was expecting to pay $40 for short acrylic nails and $30 for pedicure. I told them I didn’t want gel and they gave me gel selection so after I was done the woman said it’s $60 just for the nails. The drill burnt my cuticle it felt like I was bleeding. If you go I suggest you’re clear with what you want and price before starting. (Signs are posted telling you to pay first) with that said I paid after. I didn’t get any special add ons or designs.

I was their with a party of 4 we all had deluxe pedicures and regular Manicures. The 1st done didn't have polish. The 2nd one done also had brows noone asked what kind the lady did her own thing but she did it well. I was person #3 the fellow made my oval shaped nails in to square shape I had to request to shape them back oval - he 1/2 way did it! None of our nails were polished well. My arm massage was forgotten and I didn't even know my legs were massaged 🤯 the 4th and final person had to ask for polish on hands and feet. Now I was given the polished list for the nail colors to be told that I would have to pay an additional $20 bucks to use chrome polish on my nails👀 I FELT LESS THAN MEDIOCRE SERVICE ...Maybe Friday nights are bad nights.

The lady that was helping me coughed without her mask on!! Then I made the mistake to keep going and she didn’t cut my nails short. I wanted a full set and usually techs cut your nails when you get a new set. I only got one hand with cut nails because I spoke up. She didn’t seem to think to cut the other hand. And I told her I’d pay for the service she already did because I didn’t trust that she would do a nice job.

When ever I'm in town I have to go see Lena! She is sweet and does an amazing Job! I love ❤ how she works on my hands and takes her time. They really take good care of you and spend a good amount of time taking care of your needs (hands and feet). I don't feel rushed like at other shops I go to ( but now I have one place I go to in my town.....shout out to Young Nails and Spa (Mimi) lol. No, but I truly recommend this shop and if Lena's not busy (which is rare, because everyone requests her) go to her! Or Holly!

Worse job ever! I only came here because my shop in Piedmont was booked. Luckily, I am not as picky about my feet as I am my hands. They try to upsell you to a premium package, which is only a neck rub. I declined. The polish on my feet is grainy, and chipped within two days and the lady used the pumice in all directions on my feet, which led to me now having rough feet. Finally, when u pay, u have to Cashapp someone and wait to get confirmation from them via a phone call. Never again, even if it is free.
