I frequented this establishment and appreciated the services, and tipped generously! However, during my most recent visit, the masseuse repeatedly answered her phone, which resulted in increased distraction as she engaged in discussion during my session. I paid for a couples experience. While my partner received the full service we paid for, the masseuse assigned to me didn't apply the hot stone or oil. Instead, she rubbed my upper back with cold lotion as I shifted away from her in discomfort. Then, she repeatedly coughed without covering her mouth. I empathetically remarked, "Are you OK. I notice you seem distracted and seem unwell. Should we discontinue this service?" She insisted she was ok and suggested we continue. Next, the towel fell from my body to the floor. I was so uncomfortable and cold. She rubbed cold lotion on the back of my legs and continued responding to her cellular phone as she conversed at a tone that did not promote relaxation instead of picking up the towel. I initiated reaching for the towel and covered myself. At the conclusion of the service, I immediately asked my partner if the hot stone was applied, at which point my partner reported the full treatment was provided. My partner acknowledged having heard a lot of noise and what seemed like distractions on my side of the room. As I approached the desk, I suggested we tip my partner's masseuse generously, as usual, but give my masseuse $5.00. The man at the front desk had the audacity to question the reason for the amount of the tip. I was appalled. I thought it was appropriate for him to consider we always tip generously and discern that something must have influenced our decision to tip the amount we did and speak with his staff. I insisted he speak with his staff about the poor service! He began to speak with my assigned massage in a different language, seemingly angered by the interaction, and I'm sure the tip amount. Neither the manager nor masseuse expressed their gratitude for us patronizing their establishment. The culture in this business ridiculous. Why expect someone to tip when the service is extremely poor, especially? A masseuse should not be on the phone while providing a service. I repeatedly prompted her, and yet she continued to answer calls. I actually thought she was saying something to me, only to look up and observe her in conversation on the phone. The guest services were poor!

Best massage in the area! My husband and I called for a last minute couples massage and they were able to accommodate. Very professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. They're able to adjust strength based on what you want and identify and target problem areas. Will definitely be back!

I went one time and had such a lovely experience! Then I went back more recently for a $75 service. The gentleman at the front desk told me I needed to give a $30 tip. Thought it was a little bit inappropriate to request a 40% tip before getting a service.

Full-body massage was done well. Bonus hot stones are awesome. Soosa (not sure of spelling) was very good. Will definitely return! Clean atmosphere soft music...very relaxing!

Me and my friend went for a couple massage! It was great one, the place is super clean, employees are extremely nice. Prices are great! Lee took her time and made sure that I felt good during and after massage! We were offered water and soda! Definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for fabulous experience and true massage!

This was my first time visiting this location and wow! Do not hesitate to visit La Bella! Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Facility was also very clean. I'm an athlete who works out multiple times a week - Leah was fantastic working on my muscles! I'll definitely be back.

Very highly recommended to everyone this place is one of the greatest spa salons. The service is great, the people is more than friendly and polite. Very clean and sanitized area.
