Was trying to try somewhere new due to my old nail tech just moved🥺 All 10 of my nail beds of my fingers are sore due to the nail tech drilling and filing so close to my skin. Design he chose was not executed on my nails. The young lady that did the polish change on my toes did pretty good though. But to pay close to $200 which I was shocked because they claim Mon Tues and Wednesday they do a promotion if you show the flyer, I'm still trying to figure what discount I got. It was a waste of time and money, I went to another salon the day after for better nail designs. Never again! I'll be putting neosporin on my fingers for days the way he hurt my fingers.

This was my first time receiving services from this establishment my experience was piss poor before going to this location I called to ask about services I was told a basic pedicure was 40.00 and a full set was 65.00 ok I get there and the greeting was ok… I sat in the chair I’m not even asked what I’m getting ( when I get a pedicure I’m use to being asked which one) just put your foot in the water which was super hot 🤬 ok she proceeded to do the pedicure with just water no foot soak in the water nothing just plain water 🤔 ok moving forward the young lady never spoke a word to me she was engaged in her conversation with her people🤦🏾‍♀️ moving forward she leaves me there while she go do eyebrows with a hot towel on my legs which by the time some one came to finish it he turned cold no communication with the tech either ok so I get a full set even worst idea he put the nails on and applied acrylic which I never get because it burns in the beginning when applied to my nails he never asked acrylic or gel powder the man asked what shape and length which I told him he began shaping my nails and I immediately stop him telling that’s not what I wanted which when I told him he said ok I got it so he wants to soak them off which I didn’t have time for I ended up settling for a super short set which was half filled and I didn’t like I will not recommend this place at all I ended up paying 110.00 for terrible services no apology or not TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS

My 1st time there for a super deluxe pedicure and I really enjoyed it.. The pedicure treatment was particularly impressive, featuring a wonderful leg massage with warm stones, followed by the application of moisturizing wax on my feet, and a soothing, hot towel wrap for my legs. Additionally, the salon thoughtfully offered beverages throughout the service, further enhancing the overall experience experience. I loved how much attention she paid perfect. Will definitely be back. Thank you

staff is cool and funny my problem is nails seems slightly crooked different size on each hand seem to be rushing shapes were not defined I will not be returning if so in the future just for a pedicure the male nail tech that did my nails left me completely unsatisfied he literally had to take nails off that were crooked that I saw but he claimed that he didn't see I don't recommend no one to go here I'm going back to the mall in Orangeburg or I should have went in the first place

I was greeted with a warm welcome upon entering the establishment. The owner told us right away that she had just opened and her coworkers was just a few minutes away. She made sure we were relaxed and comfortable until help arrived. I got the fulll service while my husband got a pedi. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was great and funny. I will definitely visit again.

I wish I didn't have to give them any stars they do not deserve any ⭐ they messed my nails up told me to come back and they will fix them and wanted to charge me more money I would never go there again and if anybody decided to go there please do not go I'm warning you do not go😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Friday I went and got a manicure and pedicure. they charged me $100.00 for both. this is Wednesday and the polish is peeling on my thumb and other fingers The polish was gel and it should have lasted at least 2 wks on me or more nope so i give this place a low mark and if i could give less than a 1 i would They need to make it right and fix this. I am a over 70 yr old senior citizen who doesn't have income so this was lot of money. If they would have had prices posted i would not have had them do it as there is so many others around that would done for less money and would be still like new. very unhappy with this salon and I DO NOT recommend them for anything now

If I was able to give them zeros stars I would. I had a horrible experience when I went here the people are rude and didn’t give me what I asked for. The man who did my nails did a horrible job. he knows nothing about personal space. He also took his hand and touch my face then he kept digging in his teeth and pulled up his shirt and started scratching his back and he wasn’t even paying attention to his job he was more worried about watching the tv. He also left my fingers with cuts on them. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.

My eyebrows no problem but than I asked for tips with powder and she didn’t even do full powder ended with half gel and half powder. Not to mention nails not even, not glued well she claimed my nail sensitive at tip I said never my nails looked half glued on my own nail!!! Paid $60 for powder not half and half not to mention bad job!! She kept changing I need file and it still looked like that! Never again let’s see how long this work last smh!!!

Walked in 15 minutes before closing (didn't know what time they closed) asked if they had time to do a pedicure? They said "yes", sign in. They set up the water and chair massage within a few minutes. I went back, sat in the chair, awesome back massage. (I needed that) Picked my color, excellent pedicure with leg massage and hot towel massage - FABULOUS!!! Love the look of my toes 😍 took her time, didn't rush....very well pleased with my service today. Thank you 😊 September 13, 2023 Came in for a pedicure as a continued part of celebrating me during my birthday week 🎊🎉🎵🎶 Today I enjoyed the deluxe pedicure with the leg and foot massage, scrub, oils and hot towel-so relaxing.

I’ve mostly had great experiences at Nail Land. Recently chose them to do my nails for professional photos and the photographer and makeup artist even complimented them. Lee and his wife, Selena, are always smiling and kind. Peter is an older man who did my pedicure and it was great. I took a photo of their service menu since the prices are different on the website (maybe it hasn’t been updated in a while). TLDR: I definitely recommend them.

Lee and his wife Selena are very funny and nice. There rates are in line with the other salons except he is excellent with the promos and discounts. I bite my nails and Lee makes them look great. His salon has been remodeled for his customers to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The prices are great which keeps me coming back.
