I’m new to the area today was my first time getting my nails done since being in Delaware. I was starting to get a bit discouraged seen I had been to two other nail salons and was turned away. I must say to Beau nail spa and Lovely Nails thank you from the time I called LA Nails til the time I walked in the service was Impeccable!!! The guy who did my nails listen to my needs and wants and meet all requirements exceedingly, I will most definitely return here for my nails service the 45 min drive was well worth it and My money was spent with a smile . Thanks LA Nails for your Processional Service.

This was such a pleasant experience. I had taken my daughter to get her nails done for the first time. They really took their time with her, and made it a wonderful experience with her as well. This was my first time getting my nails done since becoming disable. I appreciate how accommodating they were. They gave us exactly what we asked for. I definitely plan to continue coming to La Nails.

Got dip nails. They are too chunky and uneven. She cut my nails shorter on one hand than the other. She cut me with the sanding tool and put some green liquid on the cut, but when doing so, both times, she touched the tip of the bottle on my blood... not very sanitary.

I went in for just a color change and they told me it was going to be $35 just to change the color of my nail polish. No way!!

I’m not a person who frequently going to the nail salon unless it’s a special occasion. Both times I’ve patronized this salon I’ve managed to get the same male nail tech(literally several years in span). He sits on the right-hand side last set. His Customer service I’ll give a 2. He took it personal when I stated my expectations of the smoothness of my nails. Mind you, I only got a refill and polished change after 2 wks of initial set. As I figured, noticeable imperfections. Looks like he didn’t even care how the Polish job turned out. NO they didn’t do my jeweled out nails (MD). Usual I always leave a tip regardless…NOT THIS TIME. IF IT WASN’T FOR TIME I would have done it myself. Which I’m highly capable. Customer Service is Key! I suggest another nail salon besides this location. Also I’ll add, I got my nails done for my birthday trip to Jamaica…Day 2 in Jamaica my nails started popping off. I was constantly super glueing two of my nails the whole trip. Lost a star….

They are okay. They're work is acceptable but they charge for everything. Like if you have gel Polish and you get a fill. They will charge for taking off your old polish+ the fill + the length+ the new polish. 50$ for a fill??? The length charge is ridiculous. Like my nails are short as hell.

I went to this establishment on September 30th, and there was a guy (no name) wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and appeared to be in his 30s. He was impolite, condescending, and unpleasant. After attempting to ignore his treatment, I ceased working with him. Tina worked the job and performed an excellent job. Nobody was shocked by his demeanor.  I will not be returning. I refuse to spend where I am disrespected.

unfortunately what I asked for they said they could give but did not deliver I asked for black base coat with a shiny powder top coating done at a local nail salon on my hands what they sent me home looking like was a black goth shiny pedi not what I wanted at all I was hoping the sun would make it look more summery and brighter but no and hey had no way to fix the issue when brought up. I will not be keeping this color very upset!!!

I am 35 almost 36 weeks pregnant and I just wanted to come in and relax because I'm super uncomfortable. I get to my pedicure chair and it seems like the guy doing it is in a hurry and not really taking his time, also told him multiple times that my water is cold and he won't fix it. I normally leave really good tips but this guy will not be making one today. So much for relaxing.

Hi, my face was clearly covered and she still asked me if I had a mask. No other business had a problem all day long. If my face is covered why do I need a mask what is the difference. I just found that to be so stupid so I will not ever go here and I don’t recommend nobody going here, Judging by the nails of the people who have gotten service here. I just needed a wax and because it seems like they don’t have the intelligence level required to deal with customers. Also I needed a wax of my chin and lip so I would’ve had to take the mask off And that is legal here as of right now the policy approve the service. SMH just terrible customer service!

So I chose to come to LA nails to get a refill being my original nail tech is away on vacation. The gentlemen that did my refill was so sweet. However, the work that he did on my nails, I was not too happy about. The acrylic was very bumpy and he applied way too much for it to just have been a refill. On top of that, I had a nice square shape and the shape was horrible. Then when he painted, there just was way too much nail polish and he did not even use a base. Overall the staff were very nice.
