I have been seeing Kelly for over 5 + years. She is very detailed in her work, she takes the time to create a chart for you like what treatment was done and what treatment worked. she gives advice for at home facial cleaners or creams that work best for different skin types. Her technique is just so calming, relaxing, and thorough.

Great service. Kathleen has done wonders with my face. I had bumps on my forehead and cheek. Even the Dermatologist couldn't get rid of them. Kathleen did! They have never come back. I'm 65 years old and look like I'm 50 thanks to KWest.

This is my 2nd session with Kathleen, and I am happy to see my skin transform. I have no new breakouts after my 1st session so I definitely had to come back again. This was the very first time I stepped into this establishment and I can honestly say I will never let anyone else do treatments on my skin. Kathleen is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough and I was super impressed with her services. She coached me on tips and products that may work for my skin concerns and addressed every issue I was having with my skin. I received a signature facial which included a deep cleanse with a pineappple/papaya enzyme cleanser. She also did two different hydrating and exfoliating enzyme masks and a stem cell mask with galvanic iontophoresis which, as she explained to me would drive the product within my skin. I had a lot of milia and blackheads which she extracted. Kathleen has been the only Esthetician out of several others that I have been too in the past that didn’t hurt me while doing the extractions. She has a soft, gentle touch. She finished off my facial with a caviar antioxidant serum and a hydrating day cream with antioxidants and SPF. When I got home several hours later, I noticed I was literally glowing and with that said, will definitely be back to see her again. You won’t be disappointed! I added photographs so you could see the glow :)

I enjoy going to get facials from Kathleen. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since going to her. My skin is softer, less dry, and less oily. I have noticed that the acne has cleared up significantly. It really makes me feel more refreshed.

I love getting facials with Kathleen! I first went for an appointment with Kwest Esthetics about 9 months ago and noticed I had been having a lot of skin issues (I..e., acne breakouts) as a result of stress. She was able to give me great advice about which facial would most benefit my skin and give me excellent tips about in-home skincare. Fast forward about 9 months and my acne has drastically improved; now, I schedule appointments to help with hyperpigmentation from acne scarring and maintenance facials. She always offers very diplomatic options and explains each facial procedure thoroughly to help you choose the skincare option which will give you the best results. I’m definitely going to keep coming back; I’ve been very satisfied with the progress I’ve made through my skincare regimen and treatments—Thanks Kathleen! :)

I've been seeing Kathleen for a couple of years now and she is simply wonderful. Prior to finding her, I had always bounced around to different estheticians as I had never really connected with any. That has all changed since meeting Kathleen. Her services are outstanding and she is so knowledgeable! She always takes time to talk through different options/treatments and make recommendations. Not once have I ever felt rushed. I look forward to my appointments each and every time and can honestly say it is such a joy!

In my experience, it’s very challenging to find a qualified esthetician for skin care as opposed to a superficial spa-like experience. Kathleen delivered on everything I asked for, plus more. I was dubious that my pores would improve, but when I left my skin looked and felt amazing. Kathleen explains everything and she chose the perfect treatment for my skin. I was genuinely amazed at the difference one treatment could make. I purchased her recommended daytime moisturizer and I love it. The conversations here on a “mandatory” gratuity are ridiculous and sound like people trying to take advantage of the generous GroupOn offer that KWest provides. I tipped well over 20% because, even with this total amount, the treatment I received was a bargain. I highly recommend KWest Esthetics for anyone looking for a personalized facial experience.

After had a bad attack of adult acne ( all white-black head and red bumps) from stress and hormonal ( facing a tough exam for work and moved to US just 2 months ). My skin cried for help cause it was dry, full of dark spots and acne scars. As a new comers, I don't know where to go. I check Groupon and decided to bought my 1st voucher. Kathleen is amazing! She took time to sat down and listen to me about my skin story. At 1st, I felt scared and worried cause I don't want to upset my skin more. She comforts me by told me all the thing that she applied on my skin. After the treatment which was a relaxing one, I asked her about what should I do on my daily routine and what to expect after the treatment. She explained it and it's very helpful. After 1 day, all my red bumps dried and at 5th days, my skin start to peel gently. Now after 1 week, I don't wear make up to go out cause It's so smooth & glowing, the acne scars and dark spot is fading. Thank you Kathleen! For sure, I'll come again!

I absolutely love Kathleen's facials! I have been seeing her for 2 or 3 years now. She gives a full hour facial unlike most other places that only give 25 minutes. I have had a variety of facials and peels over the years with Kathleen and each one has been fantastic! My skin glows! Her fingers are magic on my face. I'm not sure how she can move her fingers so lightly and quickly over my face as she is applying the different products. I feel I have been wonderfully pampered when I leave.
