I’ve been going to KV lash for a couple years, this last time I received a lash removal and full set, that night I noticed my left eye was irritated a couple days later I had a stye , I actually had to see a Dr and get antibiotics. Sadly to say I won’t be back. Please make sure your lash tech is properly sterilizing before your service.

Employees are sitting around behind the counter chatting. Meanwhile the floors are dirty, used cups scattered around waiting area, table in lobby dusty. How clean your lobby area is is a reflection of the cleanliness of your practice. You are working on people's eyes, which involve mucus membranes and high potential of bacteria spread. Do better to keep your business spotless. Chat with each other after work!

The place is good, chairs are comfortable. But I asked for the natural classic style, and got a hybrid. What makes me unsatisfied with the results. I know me and what I want, so why make it different than what I asked for? Do not recommend!

I booked a scalp treatment, they used cetaphil for facial and used kirkland shampoo and conditioner scalp. The physical part of it was nice and enjoyed the message but the products should be better quality for the price. Also got an allergic reaction to the product she used to message my neck and shoulders.

I made an appt for August 2nd 2024 for 5pm when I showered up they inform me my appointment was move to 545 I told them I had text confirmation for 5pm I never got a called for time change, manager/supervisor came out and offer me 30% off (or so i heard) for my inconvenience and if I could come back at 545pm. I agree cancel my plans for the rest of the evening since I was no longer gonna make it for what I had plan after my fill appt. I came back got my lashes done by ELLIE, SHE WAS AMAZING MY EYELASHES ARE FANTASTIC I WILL TOTALLY RECOMMEND HER 👌 SHE WAS SO GENTLE,NICE AND DID AN AMAZING WORK. so when it was time to pay it was a little after 7pm the person who offered me the discount was no longer there so I told her what was said to me and she didn't know anything about it(lack of communication on their part) so she try to get a hold of him finally he said it was 20% I told her no he had told me 30. So when she was able to get him on a phone call I was able to talked to him he told me he had said 20. I told him that's not what happen eventually he did agree for the 30% that we originally talked about so I'm not sure what happen there I heard 30 he said 20?? Maybe language barrier so my advice for next time get it in writing what ever they offer u!! I'm giving 5 starts because he did ended up giving me the 30% off that I thought he originally offer so he kept his word, that talks volumes. Also because the styles was great. I will for sure recommend this place just get it in writing if u ever have an inconvenience.

A lot of these women don’t know how to do lashes. They only know one or two styles and that’s it. Even the master lash ladies their title means nothing. If you can’t do an anime or manga lash that to me makes you a basic lash artist. Keep up with the styles of the beauty industry otherwise your clientele base will die coz everyone’s getting the clusters. Don’t be lazy, Please learn more styles. Don’t charge $145 for seniority. Get some more skills.

First time to be here and i must say, i think i found my lash clinic! Lovely place very comfortable chair, and Lily was awesome! Very gentle and efficient. Will definitely be coming back!

Love coming here! Got my lashes done by Vicky and Phoebe and it was a great experience. It’s a relaxing vibe and all the ladies are nice. If you wanna get your lashes done this is the place. Prices are decent too!

Mimi is phenomenal. I went and asked for a wispy hybrid set. Not only did she do exactly what I wanted but in about 1.5 hrs for a brand new set. She’s great I will be booking with her from now on. The shop is clean and relaxing. It’s always a good thing when they have recliners and not those hard tables. 5/5, I loved my experience.

My first time ever getting my lashes done with them was on my birthday, and everybody was so nice respectful and my lashes came out perfect and I highly recommend this place for all women to get their lashes done. You will love it. ❤️

Got an eyebrow wax and lash lift. During the lash lift, my eye was burning so bad it was unbearable. I told the lady because it was so bad and she put a fan on my eyes. I broke out around my eyebrows after the wax and the lash lift was sticking to my eye lid and even people commented to me about it.

I had appointment today and was really excited to get lashes done. My appointment was at 2. They changed it to 2:30. I arrived at 2:10 to sit and wait to sign in. The lady came up, asked me what I wanted. I let her know. She ask if I want them long, medium or short. I let her know I would like them medium cat eye wispy. The lady said okay and then looks me dead in my face and turned my service away to say your eye lashes are thin. In my mind that is the whole point in getting extensions, right? Plus I’ve never heard that. I’ve gotten lashes done 3 other times before. Just wasted my time and gas. If they are particular about what your natural lashes look like then they should request photos before hand. I could’ve book somewhere else. Honestly, I’m beyond disappointed and could’ve scheduled somewhere else. I had plans coming up and this really messes up all those plans.

I have been very impressed by the skill and precision Kim has. She is a professional. She applies each lash so carefully and my eyes have never looked better! She has educated me on how to take care of my lashes! I will be coming here for sure! Thank you Kim!

Only lash studio I go to. It is very nice and relaxing in their studio. They d a beautiful job every time. I have no issues with my lashes EVER. I also like if you pay with cash you get a $5 discount.
