Muuuyyy mal servicio , cuando iba camino a mi cita se ponchó una goma de mi auto , avisé en la barbería , encima que me cobraron la cita perdida por algo que no estaba en mis manos , no me pudieron cambiar la cita para más tarde u otro día, y me cobraron igual , muuuyyy decepcionada con este sitio , mal trabajo

Terrible experience being a first time customer! Had went in for a Bob haircut, came out looking like Dora the explorer. Showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, she did not acknowledge it! She just started cutting like she knew what she was doing! Hate my cut, never going back! I Do NOT recommend! Otherwise, place was nice.

Kumbala used to be my go to hair salon for my kids, and I loved it! Never had any complaints. But be aware! Because they are always busy, and cutting hair back to back they do not check whose hair they’re cutting, much less using the proper cleaning tools to disinfect before cutting the next persons hair. Recently, my 3 year old went for a haircut & ended up getting ringworm. The ringworm caused him to have a bald spot in his head. We had to take him to the doctors office, and he now has to take medicine for 2 months for it to go away!!! I’m so upset, at the carelessness that this business has caused. Have I called them? No. Why? Because they can’t do anything to undo what has happened. & no we don’t have any pets or have been close to anyone who has that. I don’t put my comment to bash on them, but to share my experience and let people be aware that what happened to us could happen to anyone. Kumbala era mi lugar preferido para llevar a mis niños. Pero tengan cuidado! Ellos siempre están ocupados y no toman su tiempo para tomar precaución y usar los útiles adecuado de limpieza ante sus máquinas. Recientemente, mi niño de 3 años fue para un corte de pelo y obtuvo el hongo de tiña. Por esto se le cayo el pelo donde está el hongo. Tuvimos que llevar al doctor y nos dijeron que tiene que tomar medicamento por 2 meses para que se le quite. 2 meses!! Estoy tan molesta sobre el descuido de este salón. No les e hablado ni comentado nada por que al final del día ya paso y no pueden hacer ellos nada. También quiero comentar que nosotros no tenemos mascotas y no hemos estado cerca de alguien que lo tenga!! Yo no pongo mi comentario con malas intenciones, si no lo pongo por mi propia experiencia y dejar a las personas saber lo que nos ha pasado a nosotros.

Great place. Close to home so no need to go to Riverside Ave or Manor. The ladies and gentlemen are very pleasant and friendly. Wait times aren't that long. Communication has never been an issue and those with limited English absolutely appreciate me attempting my limited Spanish! Been going there 16 months. I love supporting small businesses.

Very busy on Saturdays i usually get my hair cut on Wednesday or Thursday after work and it's not so busy. Ana always does a fantastic job i highly recommend her
