When I first moved here, I visited at least 3 other local nail salons before I found KT Nails. Have been returning here since. Staff is always friendly and Philip always does my nails perfectly.

Been coming to this for establishment a few times already the first time no issues the second time my nails started lifting then the third time not even a week later the gel came off and my nails have been lifting again and chipping I guess cheaper is not always better!

Absolutely amazing I walked in and the young lady up front was so welcoming and helpful I showed her a design of what I wanted she pointed me in the absolute perfect direction to TIM . He is amazing and does all his work free handed I’ve never been more impressed with a set of nail like I am these days!!

Amazing experience I had getting my lips and eyebrows waxed! Tiffany is a nice staff member, the technician that attended me today and very professional! I highly recommend getting waxed here if anyone wants to get professionally waxed!

I’ve always had great experiences at KT nails except for this last visit. Usually the salon is clean and kept up, but I noticed multiple tools used on my nails had not been recently cleaned. My manicure was well done, however I have since developed an infection under my nail since my last visit. I will not be visiting KT nails again in the future.

My nails look the best they have since I lived in Chicago.(15 + years) Tina did a fantastic job. Joe did my pedicure and gave me attention to detail. Service from reception to cash out and my services in between was 10 out 10. This shop will not disappoint you. Oh and they do GelX highly recommend the product for your nails.

The people who did my nails were so friendly and nice. Philip did the design on my nails and he did so good. They look better than I expected! Definitely recommending to my friends and family! Also great service and comfy chairs. They’re prices are also so affordable!

Today was one of those days when I just wanted to flip something over and walk tf ou with raggedy nails. Got to the shop, it was pretty packed but ok I took a seat, lady came in after me a while later sat in the chair beside me. A lil bit later I was asked to move to booth 4, ok cool. What wasn't cool was the lady that came in after me started being serviced ahead of me, when I questioned it, I was told she called and was told to come in and when Phillip asked her if she had an appointment she said, NO! I said calling shouldn't put her ahead of me! Heck I called too to see that time the ship closes, but I didn't make an appointment, and neither did she. To add insult to injury the tech on the left end, kept talking and mumbling ish, which further pissed me off, but I sat and got my nails done, just so i wouldn't go into the new year work old nails, but that will most likely be my last visit ✌🏾

We visited today, 1/2/2025. I only wanted a deluxe pedicure and my son wanted an express pedicure just to soak his feet, massage, and trim his nails. My feet were dipped into water and immediately started on. They were busy so, whatever I can overlook it. However, I cannot overlook the open sore I have on my foot from the pedicure pumice/buffing stone. I had no rough skin there, if it was my heel or actual toe, I would understand the persistent buffing to remove the dead skin. This is the side where I had no build up. There are layers of skin and flesh missing/exposed. . Adding a zoomed in photo that shows exposed flesh. $95 total for my foot to be mutilated.

Dropping my rating based off my last two experiences with the same nail tech. It seems rushed, no interest in wanting to talk to you. This is supposed to be a relaxing thing to get done; it’s spent wincing in discomfort and pain. The drill isn’t being used carefully therefore tearing my nails, fingers and cuticles. No point in a pretty manicure if my fingers are full of scabs. The staff with the exception of one nail tech is typically pleasant. Their prices have also gotten out of hand, I understand everything has increased but come on

Walked in this evening just for an eyebrow waxing and decided to get a gel manicure with Tiffany while she had time. I love the color!
