Yuma is the best, periodt. I don’t trust my hair to anyone else! And, on top of that, she is kind and really fun to talk to. It’s hard to find great curly care in Denver/Aurora- I am really glad I found Koizumi Curls.

Yuma did my hair a few years ago and did such a good job and I was so lucky to find her again to do my hair after not having it cut for 2 years. I couldn’t decide who to go to since I have a hard time trusting anyone with my hair. As soon as I rediscovered her at Koizumi Curls I booked an appointment immediately. She is so sweet and provides such a lovely atmosphere. Even more importantly she does an AMAZING job at cutting curly hair. She really brought my long raggedy curls back to life and I am so grateful!

I'm not super social and can be awkward but she made it easy to chat. And our silence wasn't awkward at least not for me so I hope for her as well haha. So happy

Yuma does an AMAZING job with my hair! The first time she cut and styled my hair she essentially brought my curls back to life and gave me product and care tips to keep my curls healthy. She took the time to educate me on the best ways to style and care for my hair and in a short amount of time of following her advice, my curls have transformed and look better than ever and are super healthy! I recently got a curly set done and got so many compliments about hair 😁 I recommend her to anyone with curly hair who not only wants their hair to look awesome but wants to learn how to maintain healthy hair longterm. She was also super nice and made me feel comfortable which is important to me since salon environments can sometimes be intimidating for me. So happy to have her as my stylist 10/10 recommend!

Yuma is a talented and gentle hairstylist. You can tell she really cares about her craft. She has a lot of knowledge about curly hair and her advice works. She took the time to show me the products she used on my hair and how to adjust your curly hair routine for different climates. The salon is clean, elegant, and relaxing. I came in for a big chop and absolutely loved my cut. It was the perfect environment for such a big hair change: Yuma makes you feel comfortable and excited about the end result.
