I love the location! Low traffic and private! Cute decorations and aromatic! Best part of my session was Daija's HANDS!!! I had a 30 minute massage and wish I had booked an hour! Great customer service and you get a gift at the end as a thank you! I'll be going back soon!

This was my first time getting a massage and it was so nice. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and they were so helpful with booking. When we got there, they were so welcoming.. they even had birthday music and balloons which I loved because it was so thoughtful. Terrica and Daija were so warm and nice. The experience was GREAT!! I will be back .

I went to see Kasheena on my birthday! I went in expecting to only get my massage and relax but let me tell you, she made my entire day! I walked in to her singing Happy Birthday to me playing a birthday song all for me! The room was decorated with birthday decor! I was so amazed I couldn’t stop smiling! She gave the best massage. Very pleasant environment. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman. She is literally the best!

Experience was a 10 out of 10! Definitely must come back. Customer service was out of this world, they really cater to you and make sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable. Brought my gf for her birthday and they decorated the place and everything for her and sang for her. Not many places you can get an experience like this. I had a 90 minute stretch and massage session with Tanika and it was INCREDIBLE!!! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Tanika was so sweet and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door. She asked me about any problem areas and really took her time on my problem area. It was the most therapeutic and relaxing session I’ve ever had and I will, without a doubt, be a repeat client of Tanika’s!!! She is the BEST!!!

Today I had a little free time to pamper myself. So I was able to book an appointment at Kneading Knots of Relaxation when I tell you I was glad I did Kasheena was such an amazing therapist. She made me feel sooooo comfortable because I am a plus size woman. But I have been having lots of pain in my right shoulder moving behind my neck but when I tell you she worked on every pain I was having she knew just what I needed. When I left there I felt no pain no where .Kasheena makes you feel sooo welcome her spirit, her smile and personality is amazing. Then when you leave she's going to encourage you to stay on top of yourself and take care of your body and things you need to work on daily for better improvement. I will definitely be returning at least once a month. Thanks Kasheena for job well done.

Terrica was THE ABSOLUTE BEST and extremely skilled at giving a massage. I believe her hands are heaven sent because that’s the only words to put into context what she was able to do for my sore back and body. I was extremely tense and tight upon my arrival but half way through I could feel my body loosening up. I’ve already booked her recommended services for massage and stretch next month. I recently went to see Kasheena for the first (will not be the last) time and was blown away by the experience!!! I booked a massage as a birthday gift When I walked in there were birthday balloons and the birthday song playing. I did not expect that! I went home with balloons and several gifts. The massage itself was heavenly, you hear me?! I felt completely relaxed when I was done. The temperature and ambiance were perfect. Kasheena is truly gifted and it’s extremely obvious she LOVES what she does. I will most definitely be visiting again. This will be my new massage spot. I mentioned it was my birthday month when booking, and they went above and beyond by decorating the waiting room with birthday balloons and festive decor—it was such a thoughtful touch! Kasheena and Donya greeted us with big smiles and welcoming energy. The massage room itself was incredibly soothing, with dim lighting and calming music setting the perfect ambience. My massage was nothing less than amazing! I mean perfection from the moment I entered to the moment I left! The aesthetics, relaxing aroma of eucalyptus, and the welcoming smiles put me at ease! Oh my God when I tell you, my husband and I had a chance to go to kneading knots for a massage in south haven on today, neither one of us have had a massage in a long time and when I tell you, these young ladies Terrick and Tanika, they both was so awesome. These young ladies was very professional and they did a very very good job massaging us. We would definitely go back. I cannot wait to get another appointment with them. My back has been hurting me for two weeks and I know after today I have not had not one pain have been going back-and-forth to the doctor seeing my ortho doctor and getting shots , snd today I promise you I haven’t felt no pain.👏🏿👏🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿 My husband and I made sure that we showed them our appreciation. Where do I begin with such a breathtaking out of this world experience. I had the pleasure of seeing Kasheena for the first time, and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this experience was going to be special. Before even entering the building, I could smell the soothing aroma coming from the suite, and the entrance was so welcoming and inviting. Once inside, the ambiance was a breath of fresh air. She greeted me with patience and kindness, taking the time to go over my pain points and ensuring I was comfortable before we began. She started by helping me relax with some deep breaths, and I immediately felt at ease. The massage table was perfectly heated just as she had informed me and she even adjusted the room temperature to ensure my comfort. I requested a deep tissue massage, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny. Her technique was incredible, and she completely worked out all the stress knots in my body. I left with less knots than I entered with. To top it all off, I left with a thoughtful free gift, which was a kind and unexpected gesture. What amazed me even more was that she provided this incredible service and attention to detail right before heading to a funeral miles away. Her dedication, compassion, and professionalism are unmatched. If you’re seeking a carefree, charismatic, friendly, and warm demeanor then stop looking and give them a call. This place is absolutely amazing. My first visit was this past weekend. We got a couples foot detox for the first time. This was part of my birthday weekend. They welcomed us with birthday ballons and banners. I was so shocked and thankful. Aaron did our session and he was so nice and informative.
