There’s a reason why this place is five stars. This place was so accommodating to me when I needed to get my nails done before a conference in San Jose. I am not local to this area. But read the reviews and took a chance. Fortunately, Chloe was able to squeeze me into her schedule today. And I am seriously so, so, so happy with how my nails turned out! I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And it was pretty quick too. I was out of there in about 1 hour and 10 minutes for a gel fill-in with designs. Highly recommend this spot! It’s is a busy place, lots of people. Will definitely be back whenever I’m not able to get my nails done before traveling for work!

Nail chipped after 3 days. When I went back to get my nails fixed they told me another person could do it because the original person was not there. Now my nails are mismatched and ugly. Waste of money and time. Their solution was for me to come back and have another person fix them. How are you charging $80 for nails and can’t even do French tips on short nails. Not sure what kind of nail place this is but the prices and work are not matching

3rd time visiting this place. Taylor who I’ve seen twice absolutely killed it with this cat eye French tip. She never disappoints… this place have gone above and beyond. I never have issues with scheduling, waiting and whatever set I see online i wanted to try, they ALWAYS deliver. This place is my new go to

Are you kidding me, my service was amazing! I came in wanting cat eye, the nail tech showed me a picture of a few sets she had did so I decided to go with one of those. I am obsessed with this set it is my absolute favorite set of nails i have ever had!

Got a gel set for the first time in 10 years. My nails were in terrible shape and they did such a great job! I'm so happy with the way they turned out.

Made an appointment for 2 basic manicures at this location on 1/17 to prepare for a wedding over the weekend after having a lovely experience at Kitchen Nail Bar in Palo Alto in November. I saw lots of good reviews at this location and my regular manicure with Kitchen Nails in Palo Alto lasted 2 weeks so I was eager to support their business at a location closer to home. Sadly the experience and quality of service was just not good. Maybe if you pay for more costly services you get better results. The pros: Location is convenient Lots of parking Appointment system easy to use Appointments available on Friday evening Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen Cons: Service was rushed Minimal prep on either of our nails Staff seemed eager for us to leave No massage for one of us and for the other lasted less than 1 minute Regular manicure chipped by the next day then polish fell off 2 entire nails like a nail sticker Cuticles started peeling after my service which has never happened before Gel manicure barely lasted over a week Overall: Staff were busy because it was Friday night which is understandable but the service was just not good. The lax prep and rush to get us to leave was not subtle. They seem to prioritize better services to higher paying customers and this visit felt like a waste of almost $100. If more complicated services are preferred by the nail techs, it would make more sense to just not offer the quick/simpler manicures. I have never had a regular manicure chip by the next day or a gel manicure last less than 3 weeks. Both of us work office jobs so we were not rough on our nails either. After such a positive, relaxing and long lasting nail experience in Palo Alto I am so disappointed by this location. I couldn't recommend it when other nail salons have similar pricing and much better service. Super shocked by the glowing reviews when both our manicures were so disappointing.
