got a haircut recently for the first time with Kym- she is AMAZING! she took a lot of time to listen to what i wanted, understand my hair type, problems, and goals, and gave me a great cut and product recommendations. would absolutely recommend for anyone with curly hair.

I have been getting my hair cut by Martina since 2018 and I refuse to let anyone else touch my head after a few mullets and unshapely haircuts. The haircut and the grow out are amazing every time. Every good hair day I find myself saying “thank god for Martina.” You can show up with dream hair pictures and she’ll shape your hair with your goals in mind. Martina has given me a cute curly bob all the way to helping me grow out a shag inspired style. I’ve shared photos of my grown out hair and right after my hair cuts. It is worth the wait to get into Kiss Kiss Salon.

My daughter's hair is a mess! She went in for a cut. The cut was/is uneven, unstyled, and overall ugly not looking professionally done at all. She is 10 years old and hates her hair. So much, she's been wearing a hood everyday for the past few weeks. I have tried making the best, but it is too unmanagable and far too short to do anything to. My daughter is biracial and has biracial hair. They seem VERY uneducated with her hair texture. So, instead of being professional and stating such, this salon took our money and has a little girl's confidence down and feeling bad about herself. Shame on you! Edit: My daughter has HORRIBLE trust issues with hair care due to her experience here. She panics and asks what if the same thing happens again when attempting to do her hair. She believes she has a PTSD, and I agree!

Sarah is worth the wait! I’m a new client. When I called the waitlist was 8 months. I figured why not wait? I had heard good things. Sarah really took the time to evaluate my hair. Like every curly haired person - every one (and curl) is different. She’s brought back curls that I thought were lost. She took time to teach as well. And she is just a good person. The cost may seem like a lot, but it was a two hour appointment and I left feeling heard and seen. In a salon setting, that has never happened to me before. I really appreciate what Kiss Kiss is doing! Adding a picture in hopes that she sees my bottom curls coming out! Thanks Sarah!

As curly girl finding a new stylist can be such daunting task. It takes a lot of research, looking at photos, reading reviews and at the end of the day it still feels like a gamble. Admittedly I was reluctant to make an appt with Kiss Kiss because of lack of social media presence and photos, despite the excellent reviews. Don't let those reasons stop you. Kiss Kiss is a gem! Sarah is an amazing stylist! Both my mom and I see her and we often talk about how lucky we are to have found her. She really understands curly hair and is a master at her craft. I recently received highlights too and Sarah really took her time with them and it shows. I have a feeling the other stylists are all fantastic too. This is the place for your curly hair to feel safe and cared for.

Cute shop and friendly staff. This was my first time getting a "curly cut" and Sarah did an AMAZING job. I have never been so happy with a cut. Also she really went through each step of how to take care of my hair so I can have the same results at home. Looking forward to my next appointment already!

I loved the 2 hair cuts I had from 2 different stylists (Kym & Sara) - they seriously are the best cuts I've ever gotten in my life. I always had stylists wet down my hair and straighten it in order to cut/style, but this was a whole new experience. The time and effort that goes into each cut is absolutely worth it! I can't wait to get back there! The one thing that's been difficult is getting someone to call you back to make an appointment. The 2 times I had appointments pre-pandemic, there was a lot of phone tag to finally get the appointment made. And about a month ago or so when I saw on the website that they were finally re-opened (with proper precautions), I called and left a message and have yet to hear anything back. I will try again. That being said, I'm really looking forward to getting in there again to get these curls under control!

Love these guys. If you have curly hair and you are new to caring for it, they can tell you a lot about it, know how to cut it so that it looks it's best and normally serve a variety of teas. While their prices are higher than a basic hair cut, they know their stuff, it includes a wash, condition, cut and style. A bit more like a spa for your head, and you only need to go every few months, so a little bit of saving up for it is well worth it. ^.~

please do not go if you are person of color with curly hair. Even though they say they can do all hair types they can not. I would recommend only if have you type 3 curls. I end up walking out mid appointment and had to instructor the " curl expert" what to do on my hair. I am only giving two because the salon was clean and my hair cut came out decent.

Another very happy curly haired customer! I’ve been getting Deva cuts or similar curly-hair specialty dry cuts for years but have never left the salon loving the finish of my cut & style...I always had to go home, wet my hair again and shake it out for everything to look and feel good. Enter Lee! He gave me the most amazing haircut, knew exactly what to do with the long and straighter parts in the back and then styled it beautifully so that it had natural body and curl shape without feeling overly crunchy from product. I was skeptical when I walked in given that Lee is a bald man, but am very happy to admit that my first assumptions were wrong. Super nice team at a great little salon! I will be back for Lee’s magic as long as he’s cutting hair at Kiss Kiss!

I finally have the haircut I've been wanting my entire life! This place is amazing! I have two curl types which has been difficult for anyone to cut, yes even at curly hair salons. I've had deva cuts before, but never has my hair turned out looking great. I am so glad that Martina was able to come to my rescue. I finally love my curls! Just stop your search already and go to this salon! Thank you Kiss Kiss 🤗

This was the first time my curls got cut by someone trained for curly hair. Lee did an amazing job cutting my long, damaged hair. I learned a better routine and more care for my specific head of hair than my clueless self had been able to get online. He recommended but didn't push products on me. I've been converted to a fan of the Devacut and future loyal client of Lee's!
