Caitlyn always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I don’t usually get my haircut very often. She asked many questions about my style, and keeps adjusting until I am completely satisfied! A wonderful experience.

Had a great experience at Kindred Society for a women’s hair cut. It had been a long time since I have been in to get a cut. Maggie made me feel super comfortable and did the perfect cut for what I was feeling. This place is always super cute and friendly and I’ll be back for future haircuts!

I had my appointment with Lizzie and boy did she have her work cut out for her! I have frizzie over processed blonde hair and I wanted to go back to light brown. Not only did she handle my over paranoid nervous behind perfectly (she was funny) but my hair came out better than I hoped for! I highly recommend Lizzie she did an amazing job!!! I feel so good and my hair looks amazing!!

This was my first time at Kindred Society and my stylist, Teaghen, popped off with the blonde highlights and cut!!! She was so sweet and made the entire appointment so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for all my future hair needs!!

I had a poor experience with the assistant who shampooed my hair after a single process color, and I emailed my concerns to the email address on their website. I never got a response. I’m so disappointed, I wanted to like this place but this was the second poor shampoo experience in two different visits. If you go, make sure your stylist is the one who shampoos you. The assistants barely scrub your head (I only had shampoo applied to my forehead hairline, and the assistant didn’t touch the back of my head once to wash out the color). Honestly, I’m even more disappointed no one replied to my email! Editing this review to add that in my email, I stated that this concern was brought up during my visit and what happened after, since the owner's reply insinuates that I did not speak up. This just confirms that they still did not read my email before replying to my review. They tried to call me after replying to this and left a voicemail. I attempted to call back, but it went straight to voicemail and I left a message with my contact information.
