Customer service is bad. I’ve been a couple of times where they have shown their annoyance and verbalized it as well. It was uncomfortable

I come to this salon all the time and i’ve been going here for a while. I went in today asking for medium length almond shaped white french tips. i’ve gotten them here multiple times before and had a great experience and they looked great. This time it was a little difficult. This part is my fault, but I asked her to cut them a little shorter than I wanted and they ended up really short. (I haven’t had my nails done in a very long time and its hard to tell how long they’ll be before they shape them and stuff) I asked her if she could do them a little longer and I was as nice as possible, and apologizing profusely. She took them off and had somebody else redo them for me. The 2nd lady started doing mine and hardly even cut them. I asked her to cut them a tiny bit more and she didn’t even really cut them. The first lady told me “You need to know what length you want” sort of rudely. I figured it’s not that big of a deal and i’m fine with them long, and I just let her finish them. I had asked for french tips multiple times and we had a conversation about french tips while she was shaping my nails. Then, instead of giving me french tips, she gave me solid white. At that point I just wanted to leave and I was fine with plain white. they didn’t come out terrible but they’re a lot longer than I wanted and not the design I wanted. Also, one pinky was significantly longer than the other and extremely crooked. I should’ve paid more attention the first time I cut them and I understand being frustrated about having to start over but for $60-$70 I should be able to get what I want without feeling bad. Not sure if I will continue coming here after this

I got my nails done there on Memorial weekend, with tips and Dip. I was fortunate to have the lady who sat at the first table on the left. I believe her name was Tran. She took her time and my nails looked amazing! I’ve been doing my nails for 25 years and this was, by far, the BEST they have ever looked! I wish I would have tipped her better than I did, she really deserved it. It takes me an hour and 20 minutes to get there but definitely worth it! Looking forward to all my future appointments there!

Always have great service, they are efficient while precise with their work. My roommate and I come here all the time when we’re back on college campus. We drive from Gustavus to come here!

Kimm does an amazing job with eyebrows and lip blushing. My friend had no eyebrows and now gets compliments on them all the time!

The lady who owns/runs the place is very RUDE! There are others that work here that are super sweet, but unfortunately we will never be back because of her!

I came in to get an acrylic set removed. They filed them down and ripped them off. Did not soak in acetone. I could have done it at home with less pain. I was hoping to avoid damage to my nails. Steer clear if this is the service you need.

I will never return. I called ahead of time asked wait time on services. They told me not busy. Went in with daughter in law to have pedi together. Daughter in law was having nails done also. We asked to sit together. They put her in a spot to do nails They started nails before letting us pick colors. They asked me to sit down. I explained I was helping pick colors. She says please sit. I said picking colors. I wish at this point I would of left. Needed less to say we had to text to chat with one another as we were on the opposite side of room from one another. So disappointing

They are so nice! I walked in when they were busy and made an appointment for an hour later. Walked in and was seen right away, Mona did an amazing job on my nails and has definitely gotten a reoccurring customer in me! I'm not a talker much and they spoke without pressure too keep the conversation alive.

Usually I am a kim nail spa girl through and through; this time I went & had an older lady do them, nothing wrong with that but my nails are so thick & wide. They’re not all the same shape, they jagged where she filled and not smooth, they’re very thick, go over the size of my nail, meaning she used the wrong size tip and overall just not very pleased.
