I have been going to this salon for years now, and this is the first disappointment I had with them. Went in to get a full set and a regular pedicure and he was pretty rough. He cut me twice on two different fingers. And was pushing back my cuticles on my toes to rough. I got home and checked my pedicure, and one of the polish already got smudged. Didn’t let them dry completely and felt like they were rushing everything. My full set has some bubbles and bumps. The pedicure could of been better. Also, overall I paid with a $10 tip is about $94. If you ask me that’s pretty much for this type of work.

I originally got a full set while out of state for a wedding and loved it so much that I decided to schedule a fill with my local nail salon. My tech was friendly but not talented. Disappointed is an understatement. I cried when I got to my car and all the way home. While still in the chair I pointed out issues with 6 of my nails. He even redid my right pinky nail because it was so bad he couldn't fix it. When I look at my fingers individually as they are pointed at my face they just look wonky. The acrylics were filed smaller than my nail shape. The entirety of each nail is uneven, has a groove/dip right as the pink ends before the white begins, I found random red glitter flakes on my left pointer nail and they are bubbly along the edges. The white tips are blotchy, missing polish on the corners, and the ends were never polished for that smooth look. He never flipped my hands over to check for natural regrowth or separation. My right pinky was filed so far in that it cut into my natural nail(without breaking skin) and is already bothering me. At some point during my appointment I realized it wasn't going to get any better. All the other techs were busy so I decided to just pay for the service and did tip because I just can't not. The reviews for this nail salon are mixed so I've attached pics of my nail results. They look much worse in person.

I don't know the name of this technician but his skinny, his too rough and disorganized, he got me cut two times but no apology, he just slap your hand and makes funny smiling face. Check yourself

I had a horrible experience here. I was visiting from out of state for a wedding and needed a mani/pedi and my family member recommended this place. When I got there, no one greeted me. I was helped by a grumpy man who sat me down and when he was cutting my cuticles, he cut my finger. Instead of apologizing, he slapped my hand and told me not to move. He did a terrible job with my fingernails. He didn't even let them dry when he told me to move to the pedi chair. I messed up my nails and he pretended he didn't see that. Overall, a poor job and when other family members were looking for a place that day, I told them not to go there.

Terrible customer service!! The lady that did my pedicure kept scraping my skin skin with the file, and my big toe bleeding. I asked multiple times for warmer water but she ignored me. My pedicure was supposed to include a massage, no massage, and when I mentioned it to the man who charged me for the service he said nothing but of course still charged me $71 for an incomplete, terrible service. Needless to say, I will never return there. They do not care about customer satisfaction.

Today was my first time here for a fill…. I was disappointed that I made an appt and had to wait 30 mins still….that is why I left my last place HOWEVER, my tech was very apologetic and she did a great job on my nails! I’ll go back, hopefully wait time isn’t always like that.

Unfortunately today I have to give a bad review. I was almost burned with the hot water it was.not checked before I put my foot inside. Did not even get an apology. Then the nail tech was.very rough so I stopped him and left no apology again . No one else even came and said I'm so sorry can someone else do your pedicure. Not very good customer service today and I won't be back.

A month ago, I got gel nails for the first time and they were great. Tina did an outstanding job! I called to make an appointment a week ago and no one answered the telephone and the mailbox was full. Because I was not able to make an appointment by telephone, I went back to this shop and was meet with rude and disrespectful customer service by a woman who was in charge. She was horrible and disrespectful. When I communicated to her my above statement, she did not care. It is horrible to request people to make an appointment and not answer the telephone and not clear your voicemail so that people can leave a message. Based on her negative actions, she does not need any new customers. Update I got an appointment for today, June 2, 2022, and the woman who was to do my nails was no longer working there. They had a man do my nails. It has been over three hours since I left my appointment and my toenails are still not dry. They are messed up. I called to have them repolished at no additional charge and no one answered the telephone and the mailbox was full.

I just had my nails done for the first time at this salon. I made an appointment and they were able to start right at my appointment time. They did such a good job on the Mani and Pedi itself. I chose gel nails...seriously talented work. I will be coming back to them for future nail appointments. I'm so happy to have found a great place close to home.

I would have to say this was the worse nail experience I have ever had! The guy was very sloppy with his work and very rude... I asked him for coffin shape nails which what he gave me are far from that he gave me more of a oval shape THEN I asked for long nails he cut them short enough to be about medium length and still charged me for long length… I paid $70 for this horrible job of a nail set this makes me so mad and sad! They knew I was upset and they did nothing to try fix it.. I will never be back there again!

Quoted $38 for a full set of SHORT nails with regular polish. She paused and randomly said "uhhh $38" which sounded more like a guess and not a firm price. But who pays this much for short nails with regular polish. I could see longer nails or even short with gel but come on... Smh...

The sign and the web says they close at 6pm but I got there at 4:47 and was told they are full. Made a long trip for nothing. Will never try to go there again!! Didn't even ask if I want to make an appointment. I tried calling before going 3 times and never answered the phone, mail box full. I should of stuck to nail trends. But I was looking for something closer

Walked in for the first time. Tried to sign in and was asked if i had an appointment. I stated no and was told 'we dont have time for you'...not lets book an appointment. If you want customer service you wont find it in this salon. Thats for sure. Walked in and right back out. Ill take my business elsewhere...thank you.
