HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE - A Nightmare Disguised as a Pedicure I am writing this review to warn every potential customer about the absolute DISASTER that occurred at this salon. What was meant to be a relaxing self-care experience turned into a traumatic ordeal that left my wife emotionally and physically distressed. The gray haired male technician displayed shocking levels of aggression and complete disrespect. His behavior was nothing short of abusive: - Slamming equipment on the table - Aggressive gesticulations - Verbally demeaning my wife - Rushing through the service with zero care - Completely neglecting basic professional standards like proper cuticle care For the OUTRAGEOUS price of $100, she received: - A half-hearted, rushed pedicure - Potential physical injury (see photo) - Zero customer respect - Absolutely NO attention to detail This establishment should be ashamed. What should have been a moment of relaxation became a nightmare. The only time this technician showed any semblance of courtesy was when extracting payment - a fact that makes this experience even more insulting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Your dignity and well-being are worth more than this deplorable service.

RUDE STAFF & POOR QUALITY SERVICE. New to the area so I Googled nail salons and this one had 4.6 stars, so I tried it (it was my fault for not digging a little bit to see all the reviews mentioning rude staff. The older man there wasn’t just rude, he was mean. At one point he told me ‘watch the tv, don’t watch me doing your nails.’ He was getting so frustrated with me because I wasn’t sure what the base of my color gel was (I only know it as color gel), he was slamming his hands down on the table. I was so uncomfortable that I kept tensing up and he was getting mad that my hands were tense. Not quite the relaxing spa experience you want. On top of all of that, my service was on Wednesday and it’s Sunday and both my gel manicure and pedicure have chipped! He also filed my natural long nails so thin, they are bending like paper. It was truly a horrible experience.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I relocated to northern CT this year. It took my forever to find a good salon in terms of atmosphere and service. Even if this salon weren’t close to us, I would make the trip to this salon. The quality of their work is incredible. The salon is on the smaller side, but the atmosphere is great. The owner is lovely. She brings her dog to work who is an absolute delight and makes each visit very entertaining. Highly recommend

Kiki Nails is the best salon in the area. They are very professional and do an amazing job. I treated myself to a Lavender Pedicure Massage and it was the best investment. Highly recommend.

Kiki always does a clean and through job and I trust only her to wax my brows. She always oversees the work of her employees and makes sure that you're happy with the workmanship. I highly recommend this nail salon.

They did any awesome job. Loved my spa pedicure. Was visiting the area. Will stop by again. Staff were very friendly and accommodated me and 5 of my friends.
