I went here for the first time. I was at the Reynoldsburg/Pickerington location. The salon is beautiful and has all new and modern equipment. They even offer hot towels after they wash your hair. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nikki did my hair. She was awesome!! She was very experienced and knowledgeable. She did highlights and cut my hair. She took the time to make sure the color was right and when she cut my hair she made sure it was perfect by checking every angle. I loved it!! Had a great experience here. Will be back to see Nikki.

You can't go wrong with Kenneth's of Reynoldsburg! If you want to have the BEST haircare experience, ask for Molly! Molly is professional, friendly, and an expert at what she does. She listens to her clients and always greets them with a smile!

I've gone to Kenneth's for close to 20 years and I love the Pickerington location! I recently saw Nikki for the first time for a haircut, foiling, and treatment, and she did an amazing job! I'm looking forward to seeing her again! I also see Neelam at this location regularly for nails and waxing, and she is wonderful as well!

Having cancer and going through chemo is not easy. You loose a lot.... Including your hair. I was fortunate to cold cap and only loose about 40% of my hair. I had very thin spots on the top and sides. I went to Molly at Taylor Square. She was incredible!! I can't say enough positive things about her!! She had special equipment to look and evaluate my scalp. She then recommended specific products to help regrow my hair. After a few well placed highlights I was looking and feeling like my pre cancer self!! If your struggling with hair loss I would highly recommend Molly.

I have been seeing Mikayla at the Reynoldsburg location. She listens to me, understands my needs and isn’t pushy. She is also very very talented. She also offers great recommendations for my specific curly-ish hair. I have no plans on going elsewhere

i needed to find a new hairstylist at kenneths, the woman i went to for a few years moved on from kenneths. i randomly picked megan and i am so glad i did. i immediately trusted her. she gave off so much positivity. she was so nice and sweet and she did an amazing job on my hair. thank you megan!

I didn’t have the greatest first impression. I went to get a haircut and while I was waiting in the lobby many of the staff members gathered around the desk and gossiped about other staff members and clients. I think it’s super unprofessional to talk like that in front of clients. I left before I even got my haircut.

I had my haircut with Alexa, and she was awesome! I gave her some ideas for my hair, but I really gave her the green light to do what she thought would look best and she did not dissapoint! I have bounced around different hairstylists as I haven't really found one that does a cut that complements my curly hair. However, I feel like I have finally found a hairstylists who knows what they are doing with curly hair - Alexa. I look forward to going back to her when I am back in Columbus!

I wanted to have a good experience. My appt was at 10 am. I waited until 10:25 until she finally came out. No one said a word to me about the wait. The woman I saw was nice but seemed flustered. Said the color before me went over, and she still hasn't cleaned up. Okay, that's alright, I am patient. I got in the chair and showed her a picture. I did not get what I wanted at all! I look like a Q-tip!!! It was the worst haircut I've ever had and to top it off I cut off like 6-7 inches. First time to Kenneths, I won't be back. Ughhhhh, I just wanted out of there and out of her chair. 😔

I had to meet with a different stylist due to getting in a traffic jam but Erica was so nice and so helpful!!! I want to go. Ack go my stylist, Shannon, but would use Erica if Shannon wasn’t at available.

I have gone to Bria ever since she was in the kenneths academy! She is a great stylist and super friendly and she knows what she's doing! I have never had a bad experience with her and I will continue to see her! I 100% recommend her to anyone who's thinking about coming here!

Like to many, I have always found it difficult to find "the one" hair stylist/cutter (& when I do I follow them from location to location!), but I am so delighted that having moved back to Columbus, I have found, in this case, "her": Erica. Besides being so pleasant to work with, she has worked a miracle with my hair. I am older, with thinning, graying hair and have just had my second hair cut with her, and I am again so very, very pleased with the results. Erica has also recommended in-salon and at-home treatments/amendments that really have worked for me. This is also a lovely and caring environment - highly recommend this salon and Erica in particular.

I have been going to Kenneth’s for many years now and I think I just received the best cut I’ve ever had by Shannon. I never leave reviews but I think she definitely deserves it. She was very personable and wonderful. I will now only see Shannon in the future. Thank you Shannon!

SEE THE PICTURE!! I must say I had the WORST experience of my life. I had an appointment with Alexa at 11 am on Friday March 8. I showed her a photo of what she wanted to achieve with my hair and she told me she would do it. After several hours my hair turned out ORANGE. When I told her that I didn't like the result, she told me to wait 6 weeks to come back and do my hair. I told her that she was going on vacation the following week and that I couldn't leave like that with my hair "embarrassed." She left and didn't speak to me again and the manager came to tell me that they would do another treatment to lighten my hair, another stylist came with a very bad face to bleach my hair. Then she dried me and when I look in the mirror “HORRIBLE” more orange!! When I get to the receptionist she tells me it's $355. $355 for burning my hair!! I told her I wouldn't pay a dollar for this disappointing stylist. obviously I will never go back and I hope no one else is treated and has such a disappointing result

I am extremely disappointed to say the least and I will never be coming back, I scheduled a appointment to have a full white with a little silver shine color done and I previously bleached my hair before coming in. I had a full expectation that I would walk out of the salon with white hair and my stylist never said that I wouldn't, she did not mention making another appointment to come back after this one and seemed confident in getting the color I wanted. However, by the end, half my hair was purple and dark silver while the other half was still blonde and yellow. Not to mention no test strands were done. She then told me to come back so she can try again which I do not have the money for. I went to her because she was such a high rank and I felt that if anyone could do it it would be her but I was extremely wrong. I now feel like I will never be able to achieve white because my hair is so silver now, and it looks nothing like the reference picture I showed her. The total cost of the appointment was $200 and now I am futher off from my goal. I now have to go to job interviews and my graduation with this ugly color and I am embarrassed everywhere I go.
