I've been here for my last 3 hair cuts. They all looked horrible. I don't know why I keep going back, recently got a cut here and it was not at all what I wanted. I once again need a hair cut and I'm searching for a new salon. I will never be returning to this salon.

One of the worst hair cuts I have ever gotten. One side longer then other, blunt layers. I just straightened it and realized how bad it really was, very disappointed.

So so grateful for the experience I just had. I totally messed up my hair last night trying to cut my old hair off myself and give myself layers, it was so bad. But I came in to Kelly’s today as they take walk ins and I was in a panic, and the experience was quick and wonderful. Jamie was my hairstylist today and I believe also the manager and she fixed it up so well for me. She’s super friendly too and only charged me $12 for it all. Absolutely wonderful place, I will not go to another place in town for hair ever again! Thank you so much!

The lady who cut my hair she was tall blonde hair young lady,just ruin my all hairs,I had much big length hair ,I want a layers cut with much prominent layers but she didn't know how to give proper step n layers,nit satisfied by her cut

28.19 for a male hair cut.... drop prices or I won't be back. There should be a warning on the door at this price.

Asked for a very basic cut and the hairdresser was clueless. I ended up getting a different cut than what I asked for. Prices are too high for the level of service being provided. I did not feel confident in her skills from the start even though she likely had decades of experience based on her age. Won't be back again.

Just want to say the girl Eve was excellent she took the time night before to prepare and printed a sheet on hair care and hair products recommended for my daughter to use, she made mircles happen especially with the texture of her hair amazing 👏 ❤️

Only been to Kelly's twice, but both times no wait, right in the chair. Did a good job shaping and cutting my head of hair. Price was reasonable in and out after work. Made it home for supper.

That one lady two chairs down left side messed up my cut bad in the front. I came to Kelly’s a few weeks ago and the kind lady first chair right side did the best style I ever had. that blonde lady messed me up very kind people though. Next time I’m going to request the nice lady with the dyed hair she made my hair amazing.

Worse haircut ever . Didn’t realize how bad the back looked until I drove home. Asked for a flat bottom and actually got cut by the clippers. The worst part was she wasn’t honest about telling me she messed up and won’t give a refund or answer the email.Does this look satisfactory to anyone??? My friends certainly don’t think so. I guess I will get laughed at for the next couple of months thanks! Edit: She says this isn’t true lol lol . To this date I told her there is no way I would go back there for a “ professional cut” because there is no fixing it until it grows back! Just asking for the money back either through my card or e- transfer and they won’t do it
