Can in for a cut earlier this week and had the pleasure of having Sarah Jean cut it. I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to how amazing and patient she was when I didn’t know what I wanted done. She not only executed the cut but it was absolute perfection! This was my first time having her and I think Elaine did my last one she was a good stylist too. It’s refreshing to know that keep it cut hires the best of the best! Thank you so much sarah

Never disappointed! As someone who is particular about their haircut I've never had a bad experience. The monthly subscription is cheaper than a single cut at most places and very much worth signing up for. My hair grows fast and I love that I can get it cut multiple times a month without breaking the bank. Carmen is the best, very friendly and personable. I usually never chat to my stylist, but with her the conversation is effortless! The website to book an appointment could use some work, if your on your phone change it to the desktop version and it works so much better. But they are always willing to book you an appointment at the store!

I've been going to this location for months now seeing Nicole for my cut. She is phenomenal! She's always communicative and easy to work with. She fades and blends better than my past barbers lol. Book your cut with Nicole, you won't be disappointed!

I got my cut from Elaine. I showed up earlier than my appointment, by about 10 minutes, and was seen almost right away. However by the time I walked out it was earlier than my appointment. The haircut was rushed and there was almost zero attention to detail. I had hair all over me and I could see that there were areas that I asked to be blended, but weren’t. I don’t look horrid, and Elaine was polite, so I won’t go lower then 3 stars - however I wouldn’t recommend a booking with her.

I have had my hair cut a couple of times by Elaine at the signal butte location and have been nothing but satisfied! I’ve never been around such a kind hearted individual that’s worked at that location until she cut my hair. She also cut my son’s hair whos 2 and I felt so bad because he wasn’t having it the other day. she was so kind and patient with him that he ended up falling asleep! shes a great hairstylist despite what some of these reviews say. lets all learn to be kind humans

I’m disappointed with the haircut I got. The blending is rough, and the worst part is my sideburns—one side is comically longer than the other. Elaine seemed rushed and didn’t really care about the details. Overall, it just felt like a weird experience; it shouldn’t take much effort to avoid this.

This was our third time there. The first time was great, the second time my sons hair looked choppy but ok I guess. The third time I thought let's try someone different since we were not happy with the last one and it turned out to be the worst haircut ever. I'm upset that she let us leave like that. I tried to show her that it was not faded right and uneven, she didn't know how to fix it. We came home and my husband first reaction was you paid for that. My son had a long strand on the side as well. I will never be back. We saw Elaine this last time.

Shaiah cut my hair and did a wonderful job. She is so patient with me and listens. She knows what the hair will do if it is cut a certain way, so my suggestions aren't always practical. She is kind and understanding.

Can't beat the price. Many barbers now are $40 for a cut so under $30 for unlimited is great. Cuts are good too, had Shariah a few times and she listens and does a good fade.

Sarah was absolutely incredible on July 27 2024, we quoted stepbrothers the whole time and laughed more than I have in years. I wish I needed a haircut more often, also gave me the best wash/hair massage I’ve ever had in my life. WOW amazing service, I recommend Sarah.
