Can't give review on service because after waiting over 3 months to get an appointment I never did get one so had to get a refund on my gift certificate. So obviously they only cater to a select few.

This is the best experience I have ever had in a massage studio. The staff is so attentive and sweet. I did not feel out of place at all, which I have in previous spa settings. I cannot wait to go back.

I love this place so much. You get a foot bath before your massage while you discuss what you need. Kayla has been amazing from day one. I see her once a month and she has helped me so much. I’m in PT for an injury and she works with my PT to help me heal. She’s amazing and I don’t know what I’d do without her.

It had been a very long time since I had had a massage. So long that I had forgot what it was like. Deidra was my therapist. She was great and professional and very skilled at her trade. While going over the consult I got a foot bath. That was not something I was ready for but it was relaxing. The massage was wonderful. She found knots that I did not even realize were there. This was an absolute relaxing experience. So much so that I was having a little trouble talking when I left. Made another appointment already.

Kayla has helped me so much over the past several months. Her fingers seem to find the trouble spots-even those I am not aware of until she works on and heals them. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and soothing. I love the hot water foot bath, the heated table, the bolsters, the music, the gentle receptionists. Most of all I love Kayla's skillful healing touch, her caring attentiveness, and what she teaches me about body mechanics.

They are ok. I have been using this facility for months and when I leave i always say I'm gonna try someone else so I will have another spa service to compare them to. They are nice and clean and tend to stay on track with appointments. They due a quick 15 minute questionnaire before your massage, which is a complete waste of time because they never offer any other services nor do they increase the level of pressure in your trouble areas. Prices seem to be average for the service. You can even receive $5 off if you book your next service when leaving your appointments.

Coziest environment and staff. Foot bath during the consult, heated table and bolsters. Delightful vibes and music. Best massages I have had in a very long time. Kayla is a healer. Most knowledgeable and intuitive therapist I’ve ever worked with.

Deidra is 10/10 good. I always wish I could lie there an hour longer when it’s over. I told my wife if she just wanted to get me 120 min massages without Deidra every birthday and father’s day for the rest of my life, I’d be perfectly fine with that

I've been visiting Kay-Lynn monthly for 3 years, and I look forward to every visit for the exceptional massage, the time to relax without a phone, and the warm chats with Jessica, Deanna, and Deidra. We have shared movie and book recommendations, local event invitations, and I've enjoyed bringing person after person to have the same wonderful experience I do.

These amazing women are the best massage therapists I've ever been to, and I have been to many. They are as sweet and caring as they are professional. Their office is so relaxing and inviting, and every time I leave I feel like a new person. No matter how bad my pain or stiffness is, I always walk out feeling refreshed and like every single muscle is working perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough!
