I have been in McCurtain County since February 2021 and have visited several nail salons in Idabel and Broken Bow. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with excessive pricing, unsatisfactory nail services, and unprofessional staff. Today, I decided to try Katie's Nail Salon and was pleasantly surprised. The nail technician accurately fulfilled my requests, and the cost was quite reasonable. I will undoubtedly return for their services, particularly for a pedicure. The staff was cordial, and the wait time was minimal. If you seek prompt, courteous service at reasonable prices, Mason are absolutely amazing. They do fantastic work they are the two I always get my nails done by. I highly recommend Katie's Nail Salon.

Walked in and was able to be helped right away. Friendly staff. Liked the different option for pedicures. Great color selection and nice salon.

CASH ONLY. I forget more often than not, but this is my favorite place to get my nails done. I drive an hour to come here for my nails. Get here early or be prepared to wait.

I came in for nails and toes at the same time. Andy started my pedicure and did a great job. I reminded him I was there for my nails and toes at the same time since I had kids waiting on me to get back and he told one of the owners again. About 10 mins after I arrived more people and in. Instead of taking care of my nails and toes per my initial request at the same time the owner decided to help the other people right away instead. Again, those that came in after me. While I understand this nail place needs to make as much money as possible. It’s bad business 100% to do people like that especially when they came in first.

Kenny Le was my technician. He did a wonderful job on both manicure and pedicure. It looks like many locals do visit here. The locals are very friendly. So they bring a friendly atmosphere. I am giving this location four stars; their cleanliness could be better.

Had dipped nails. Soaked nails and told to wipe old polish off with cotton in solution. No ONE washes their hands between customers and the tools are not cleaned between customers. I would definately not call it a manicure!!! No cuticle attention, no hand or wrist lotion, sloppy outcome around nails beds. Only asked to wash hands after dip applied. Tool maybe 30 min for $45 and they only take cash. Was busy with 5 men and 4 women visible. The whole place is ratty looking and unclean.

There was no greeting and it is soooo expensive. They did not even cut the cuticles. My mani was maybe 5 minutes. Their question to me was do you want gel or the paint that won’t stay on? The color is not close at all and they weren’t even kind to my 6 year old granddaughter. Would not recommend and the paint job was globby.

Business has went downhill. I am disappointed in the service I received. I pointed out half my toenail was missing paint and my big toenail had a clump of paint on it. She told me it's because my toenail was like that and didn't fix it.

Daughter and I went to get our nails done and she did a horrible job. Hers look like she already needs a fill and she cut me multiple times. She was so ruff with the file. Not going back.

Got an awful French tip pedicure, looks like it was done 2 or 3 weeks ago instead of 2 hours. The young man used the same cotton ball to clean blue polish off all ten nails, clipped nails and didn’t file them smooth, when he did the white tip he smeared it onto the nail bed and wouldn’t listen when I told him 3 times, I wasn’t mean explaining it, he just got up and left without explanation, finger nail lady came over and finished slapping clear coat on then charged $35 for awful job😂😂😂

I came in to fix one nail I had broke and I get there and a lady tells me they are closed. The door says they close at 7 and online it says 6:30 I went in at 6:15 which should’ve been enough time for one nail. I won’t be going there to give my business to someone who turns down a customer before closing time.

I tried Katie’s nails out in September 2022. I got nexgen nails done. They looked horrible when the finished. Two weeks ago I thought I would give them another try on a pedi. I was in there 1 hour and 40 minutes. I had 4 different people at different times giving me the pedi. I paid for the $35 one. All they did Was cut my toe nails. Put lotion on my feet. Filled in a toe nail and put 1 coat of polish on. They did have 2 different groups of 4 people come in them I was there. They did take care of them. They were in and out. I even had to put my own shoes on and had to ask who I need to pay. The worse service I have ever received.

Mason is AMAZING. This is the Best nail salon in McCurtain County. Always clean, Customer service is GREAT, the team there is always friendly and respectful.

The building is not clean and chairs are extremely warn. The pedi was a average experience. The major drawback was they only took cash and did not let us know upfront.

Very clean salon with nice staff that only accepts cash which is not posted anywhere in business but if you do not and should not carry around lots of cash with you there is a convenient ATM nearby within the shopping strip

When I went in it LOOKED like the wait was long, but I was seated at the station within 10 mins! This was my first time at this establishment & I was worried my “design” wouldn’t be accomplished, but Hannah absolutely NAILED it! Her & the staff were SUPER welcoming & nice! She asked if I liked them throughout the whole process, even when she was done! In the past whenever I got my nails done in Dallas, they would leave bubbles, or they would be crooked or SOMETHING would be slightly off. But NOT THIS PLACE! Will definitely be coming back as a regular! Thanks Hannah! I love them! See you in 2 weeks! :)
