10/10! I could not recommend Cat enough. From professionalism to poise to skill and even more to client comfort. She addressed every question and concern I had while consistently checking in on how I was doing during my procedure. And the results SHOW. Just the mini glow up I needed. Not to mention the office made me feel like I had my very own glamour squad. Very thankful. <3

I came into Karee Hays Esthetics a few months ago and saw Sophia for lip filler. I noticed after my swelling went down, the filler was terribly uneven. I’ve gotten my lips done before, and I’ve never had this problem. I’ve seen a few people online raving about this med spa, but I personally would recommend exploring some other options, wasn’t anything special.

I visited Karee Hays Esthetics for botox injections & it was such a great experience! I was first impressed by how sweet & attentive the entire staff was when I arrived. I felt very welcomed by everyone I met. Sophie did my injections & she was so personable that I felt like I had known her for years. She was very thorough in making sure she was using the best product for the results I was looking for & what would work best for my skin. Karee is also one of the sweetest people ever! She was so excited to see the results when I came back for my follow up. I will definitely be back for more skin care treatments here. Absolutely wonderful experience!

My facial with Shelby Murphy was the best I have ever had. When Shelby asked me what my concerns were my answer was my 72 year old skin. We both chuckled about that but she took a good look at my skin and was able to create a comprehensive facial that was both relaxing and actively addressed my issues. All of them from brown spots, texture, exfoliation, and more and then she drenched my skin in luxurious products. It is definitely an all inclusive facial and at the price point well worth it. I left feeling and looking like I had rewound a decade! I highly recommend calling for an appointment whether it is your first or 100th.

I just got the best facial of my life from Anna. I went about my day with no makeup on after the facial and 2 strangers complimented my skin!! She tailored every facial treatment to my specific skin concerns, helped me with my skincare regime and gave me large samples to try first before buying. Definitely the premier spot for skincare in Nashville.

I came in for my first time to get a consult and glow facial and WOW. I held back happy tears when I saw my skin in the mirror. Run to get this facial! Every girl there was extremely kind, personable, welcoming, and made you feel incredible. Not to mention how knowledgeable and helpful they are. Ashley Thrower has me for life, she is the sweetest and made my experience surpass my expectations. She went through my current regimen, made suggestions, and gave me samples to try before my follow up visit. I cannot suggest them enough! Karee Hayes will change your skin. I’m already planning my next visit!

I don't often take the time to write reviews, especially negative ones, but felt like I should this time around. Technically, I can't even give one star because I never made it in for an appointment. Based on their 5-star reviews, I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt that they were just having an off day all four times I reached out to them. The site requests that you text or call to book an appointment. I sent a text message detailing a sensitive concern on April 17. (That was a Sunday, so I expected a response on Monday.) No response. I sent a follow up text on Tuesday, April 19. No response. I called on Thursday, April 21 -- no answer. I left a message detailing the same sensitive matter. I received an auto-response text message, so their text messaging system is working. I called again on Monday, April 25, and finally got someone on the phone. For the third time, I explained what I was looking for only to receive a self-righteous and condescending, "Oh honey, you need to see a dermatologist." (This was not your grandmother's, "oh honey," to be clear.) If I weren't more practiced at saying hard things if it means it will move me closer to a solution, then her response would have been humiliating and possibly even stopped me in my search. Fortunately, people who are not familiar with the practice of empathy or are unfamiliar with how to provide quality customer service don't intimidate me or get me down. If it's an issue they don't know how to deal with, a simple text or phone call back saying, "Thank you so much for thinking of us for your care. Unfortunately, this is something that isn't in our wheelhouse. Here are some alternatives we recommend." People need compassion, not condescension.

Karee and her team are incredibly value driven in that they WANT to make every client feel special. The full glow facial is MUST HAVE. I guarantee anyone visiting for the first time will not only relish every second of the treatment but also feel like their at mini vacation where every single person there is wanting to help you and make you feel amazing. My sister in law and I made a visit this past weekend and we already waiting to come back. 🥰 Also, BUY THE CANDLES!

Absolutely amazing! From when I walked in the door, everyone at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. The office is adorable and very clean! I went to Kendall for a facial- she is incredible. So so so knowledgeable- took her time explaining what works, what doesn’t work, and how to achieve glowy healthy looking skin. She was so sweet! My skin has never felt better. Could not recommend Kendall or Karee Hays enough!

And what’s even better is how special they make you feel.
