I love seeing Lisa at Kanwa! She has changed my nails for the better. I started with brittle nails that continually cracked due to constantly starting over with dip. I now have acrylics and love them! I see Lisa every 3-4 weeks and rarely have a lost or broken nail. She is amazing! Kanwa's hours are awesome and the staff at the front desk are always super sweet and friendly!

I'm thankful that I called ahead of time to make sure the salon could accommodate my request. Hannah is a great receptionist, and she knows a lot about the salon. I got my nails and toes done by Lee, and he took great care of me. I got a gel pedicure and medium-length acrylic nails with a design on all fingers, and a gel top coat, which came to $120

Hands down my favorite 😍 nail salon! From nails to toes...Tina, Daisy and the whole staff are always amazing! Vince is fabulous 🌟 💅 perfection!!! 🪶 🌻 highly recommend!!

Not sure of the name of the receptionist, but from the time I made my appointment, to the time I left she made me feel welcome. Thank you to Vince for the best pedicures. The Cat Eye collection is my new favorite. Vince has mastered the technique to apply the polish correctly. Thank you to Tina for not only waxing my eyebrows, but making them look good.

Went into the salon today to get my dip removed and a gel manicure and left very disappointed. They advertise a gel manicure to come with a soak, trimming, shaping of the nails, warm lotion massage, a hot towel wrap, and gel polish. Well, three of those things I did not receive. My nails were not soaked, I did not receive the massage, nor did I get the hot towel wrap. However, I was charged for it. I went up to pay and asked them what came with the gel manicure, just to be clear it was the same as what I pulled up on their website. I paid full price, but received half the service. I am only giving it one star because the lady offered to complete the job, which I declined. You get one chance with me to utterly fail and I take my dollar elsewhere. Do better and treat every paying customer the same.

The worst place I’ve gotten my nails done, do not go here! My friends and I had called ahead of time and asked if they accepted walk-ins, they said yes. When we arrived they acted as if we weren’t welcome. They started doing our nails which seemed like they were rushed. She should have done two coats on my French tips and she only did one, she also charged me extra for a “design”. By the time we walked out of there my friend was in tears because of how bad they messed hers up. Two days after I got them done two of my nails have popped off, these were definitely not worth $80! I even went in after my nails came off and they tried to offer the same nail tech, Tina, to fix it🤯. I’m never going here again!!!

I got a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure turned out fine, but, the man doing my nails, did my manicure in the pedicure chair, he did the middle of all nails, then did the outside of my fingernail, just looks awful, I noticed it when I got home and came in next day, and showed the receptionist the poor uneven quality and she said ide have to pay full price to get it redone! We were the last appt of the night and I spent 267$ for myself and my 2 daughters who were visiting from out of town, so when I noticed it the salon was closed so I personally went in the next day! So I guess they can get away with poor quality and make you pay again for them to do thier job right! Just ridiculous!! We will never go again!! So, ladies and gentleman don't go in there and relax and assume they will do a good job, be alert and beware!!

Had great experiences here! Been a few times and always had super kind nail techs that made sure they were doing exactly what Id like. Nails always have lasted multiple weeks which for how I treat my nails is amazing. recommend if looking for a place to get acrylics in west Omaha :)

I have just witnessed a sweet receptionist being treated with udder disrespect by a nail tec by the name of Lisa. I also saw yet another treat her rudely. Shame on the owner’s!!! Pick another salon ladies.

I was scared when I moved to Bennington, NE from Lincoln, NE because I’d only had my. Nails and Feet done at one place in 10 years and didn’t think I’d find the same excellence anywhere else. I needed to get my nails and feet done in a hurry for a very important job meeting, and I took a chance on Kanwa Nails and Spa, I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT KANWA! THEY HAVE FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EXCELLENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO KANWA!

I’ve been going to San San for my acrylic nail designs for a year now. I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on my nails & my friends always want to see the latest look. Having fun & beautiful nails has helped my self esteem, too. Kanwa is great for your 1-stop nail needs. The people are very friendly, attentive, & their English is great! I highly recommend trying Kanwa for relaxation, beautification, & great prices.

No longer my go-to nail salon! They state walk-ins are welcome but I've been unable to get a pedicure on two separate visits in the past two weeks. No longer recommend Kanwa.

San San does such an amazing job! I have been coming to her for a year now! She does amazing art designs and is super friendly. I would definitely continue coming to her. Lee did an amazing job on my pedicure! He is super nice and after a rough day I needed an amazing pedicure! He nailed it!!!! Thank you both for an amazing experience! Both of you are top notch!

So first of all, they acted like they didn’t want to take us when we walked in and they were not busy at all. Then we got a basic pedicure and 3/4 of the way into it. We had asked if they were going to take the dead skin off our feet and they replied back saying that it’s a lot of work and if we want that done it’s an extra $10. When we’ve never been charged extra to get the dead skin off our feet before anywhere that we have went. I highly recommend not going to this place they will get over on you and laugh at you on the way out the door.

The service was very nice but the metallic silver color I picked out was $10 or $15 extra so the girl picked up another silver color but it was so light when the guy put it on it looks nude instead of silver. The guy was nice but clipped the sides of a couple of my nails and one of them bled and is sore. Next time I'll ask them not to cut the sides.

This is a great place to work, but they always slay my nails and I’m always so satisfied. Lisa does my nails and they always last AT LEAST 3 weeks. She makes them thin which I love, and the pedicures are amazing!! Highly recommend and always refer my friends and family to come here!! Everyone has their own opinions and have certain ways they want their nails done. There are about 15 nail techs so I would definitely recommend giving a few techs a try and I know for a fact you will find the right fit for you!

This is the absolute worst place to get your nails done! Do not go!!!! I got my nails done on Sunday and today is Thursday and they are already chipping and horrible! The customer service is horrendous! I called to ask if they can fix it before I write this terrible review and the guy was defensive and pretty much telling me this is my fault! It isn't my fault that you don't know how to do nails! The guy who did this was awful and doesn't know how to do nails at all. He probably learned on the streets and isn't certified to do it. He hurt me when he was drilling too. Just awful! Please do not go!!! If I could give zero stars, I would! I hope this place goes out of business! I will be blasting them a 1 star all over social media!!! They don't deserve your business at all! I HATE when people take advantage of others and this business is clearly doing that! Just find somewhere else!

This place isn't really worth it.. I got my nails done for the 1st time ever and I came out feeling pretty happy. Sadly, within about 3 days, my acrylics started to peel at the nail base. 6 days after I got them done, I went in to get them fixed. This time, the manager did them. There is HAIR in nearly every. Single. Nail. In 2 nails, there are bubbles. The shape of my nails are really messed up too. The two hands aren't at all symmetrical and the tips of my nails are rough and oddly shaped. I was really excited to get my nails done but I was extremely underwhelmed 😭 I don't think I will ever be back here..
