As soon as I walked into this salon, I felt at ease. The relaxing sounds of the ocean in background, lovely scents and Tina was extremely welcoming. She did wear a mask, if you’re still unsure about safety, I personally felt bad she was wearing the whole time, but I digress. I had the Transcending sole session and I absolutely loved the experience. I highly recommend for total relaxation. Tina placed a weighted blanket on me and also set up the salt air therapy machine which is perfect for congestion and overall good health. She did sound therapy w/ crystal bowls and a short meditation to get in the chill mindset then an amazing leg and foot scrub and massage. Wow!! I have plantar fasciitis, and this treatment felt beyond incredible. God, writing this review is making me want to book another treatment stat.

Kai Total Wellness is always a wonderful experience. The way the world is, the best thing you can do is take care of yourself. Kai is definitely one of the best ways to do that. The environment is calm, soothing and just perfect to relax and forget everything. Tina goes out of her way to make the environment as peaceful as possible. The minute you walk in the space it is calming and lovely. I go in for my manicure and pedicure. Usually, the salons I have been too were busy and loud. Not Kai, it is soft and quiet. I get a salt treatment during my pedicure. It is just that added something. I feel fantastic by the time I leave. I very much look forward to my appointments. It is just too long between visits. Do everything you can to treat yourself to an appointment. You will be so glad you did.

I had a salt therapy treatment and foot massage post Covid. It was so helpful with my recovery and helped restore my sense of taste and smell. Tina was so friendly and professional during my treatment. Also, she used very safe guidelines when doing the treatment. I highly recommend slat therapy and foot massage.

After having the most difficult 3 months of my life I started really focusing on me. I made practicing self-care a priority! Last week my fabulous new roommate came home from a salt therapy session with Tina, and I immediately asked where she just came from because she looked GLOWING! She told me about her session with Tina, and I grabbed my cell and texted her for an appointment. She responded back to me promptly, she was super informative regarding my appointment; she explained where to park (easy, right in front of studio), safety guidelines /covid 19 quality control (Cleanliness was five stars ⭐️) , and what to wear. My service was above and beyond! I cannot wait for my next salt therapy session here!

I can say this is the best service and pampering here; Tina is great and it is very safe. Being a small enough space and just me and her, there is no one else coming in and out. She is well protected with her mask and I wore mine as well. There is plenty of time between clients so she has time to sanitize the whole space. It’s perfect, I love it! I am very cautious yet I felt totally comfortable and worry free at Kai and my nails look amazing, my eyebrows are looking great too!

I just spent some time at one is St. Pete’s greatest treasures! If you are not getting completely pampered @kaitotalwellness, then you haven’t experienced true bliss! This was by far the most magical way to get full body treatments. You have to go! It’s the most relaxing and private environment anyone could ask for! The products are out of this world fantastic and and the staff is amazing! Please check them out and book an appointment! You won’t be disappointed!

Love all my Farmhouse Fresh products. So glad Kai offers them. The berry lip scrub and blackberry lip balm has helped me finally start getting my chapped lips smooth. The face products are fabulous, especially for sensitive, picky skin like mine. I use the New Groove Hemp wash, the Guac Star avocado mask, followed by the Vitamin Berry tonic and the so light and refreshing Kale Water Weightless moisturizer. My skin looks and feels great ever since starting the regimen on a regular basis. For my rough, ashy elbows, I use the Big Bear body polish scrub followed by the Mellow Moon Dip and no more embarrassing elbows and now my skin is so soft for hours after. Also love that Farmhouse Fresh is a farm animal sanctuary and uses part of the profits to raise rescued farm animals. So not only do the products feel so good, they also do good.

This is a very cute salt therapy studio. Tina and Shelly are wonderful to talk and work with. I have been sending patients over to them for specific essential oils and salt lamps. There space is so relaxing and perfect for those who need to de-stress, relax, and reduce toxins to allow for healing. A perfect way to ramp up the parasympathetic nerve system.

I went in recently for the first time for a salt treatment and it was such a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was wonderful and calming and I learned so much from Tina about how it works and why salt therapy and self care is so beneficial. I would absolutely recommend Kai Wellness! I went in for a salt therapy session and was so pleased with the service. The space is relaxing & peaceful with great decor done by the owners themselves! While laying in zero gravity chairs you are given a soft woven blanket, eye mask & a pair of headphones that you put on to listen to soothing spa / meditation music. It wasn’t long til i was dozed off getting my salt therapy. I’ve been fighting a cold for the past view days and i truly could tell a difference with my breathing after my session was company. My lungs really felt fuller and i was able to breathe much easier even with a stuffy nose and that nasty cough accompanied with a cold! I cant say enough good things about Kai! The owners are wonderful and are very knowledgeable on their products and the many services they offer! Not only are you supporting local businesses by coming into Kai but you are bettering your body and health!

You leave your stress behind the moment you walk into the door. I know it sounds like a commercial but literally when I walked in I could feel the stress leave my body. The environment is very relaxing and peaceful. I understand its meant to be relaxing. But whoever decorated that place did a fantastic job with the decor. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Tina. She had a warm personality with a friendly smile. I ended up getting the full package I think. I got a facial (first one ever) , massage and a salt therapy treatment. And they all were very very relaxing. Tina did a great job balancing communicating with me during the full experience about what she was doing and when since it was my first time. I was a little nervous. But the atmosphere and her friendly personality put me at ease and I was able to enjoy my experience. One of the best things I enjoyed was after my treatment. Some people are pushy trying to sell you their products when you visit their business. Not tina.. she asked me how I enjoyed it then told me it was available for purchase. Not pushy not aggressive.. I kept me completely in my relaxed state of mind. My next visit will be soon. And I can see myself calling for appointments after rough weeks at work. I was completely relaxed and my mind was at peace the entire time I was in her shop. And that's the goal right?
