I went to see Kylie for a relaxing head/scalp spa treatment and it was absolutely amazing! My scalp and hair felt amazing during and after treatment. I have never been so comfortable and relaxed as I was during her treatment. I can't wait for my next appointment.

WOW! I have never been so relaxed. It was such a tranquil experience. The perfect amount of pressure, and Kylie is so professional. She really wants you to enjoy every moment and she is so knowledgeable about the service and the products she uses. HIGHLY recommend and I WILL be back

I'm writing this review on behalf of the my step mother. Ive been to a few head spas in the GTA and enjoyed them so much. I looked up Windsor options and I chose this location for her. She said from the moment she walked in , it was so inviting. She felt safe and secure. Kylie did an amazing job and left her feeling like jello. This was ultimately the best Birthday present she's had in quite some time. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. She will be asking for further packings for Christmas and other holidays lol.

Holy moly! What an experience! This location was a bit difficult to find, but it’s located inside Beauty by Sally salon! I purchased the 1.5 hr serviced and I died and went to heaven! Kylie was so professional, and everything right from the beginning was so relaxing! She used different techniques, from her hands to different tools that literally sent full body shivers down my spine! The waterfall halo was an amazing experience in itself! When she was done with her service, she finished it off with a mini facial and an arm massage! The treatments that she used left my scalp and hair feeling so silky smooth! Will definitely be coming back!

Kai’s Head Spa experience was absolutely incredible! The atmosphere and head spa treatments were amazing and all around felt great! I would highly recommend trying this out if you want to feel relaxed, comfortable and all around pampered!!! I will 100% be going back for more head spas by Kai

What an amazing experience! This treatment was everything I could of asked for 🙌🏽 My hair & scalp never felt more clean. It was beyond relaxing & I will def recommend to family & friends. I will be 💯 back!

Absolutely hands down the best head spa!!! I was drooling at a couple moments throughout. Relaxing, refreshing and did wonders for my dry scalp!!! I will see u soon again!

Awesome relaxing experience! I was a little unsure of where to go, but it is located inside the larger salon right on the corner of Jefferson and Tecumseh. Super relaxing, loved the halo therapy. Felt comfortable and loved the attention to detail to my scalp needs. We chatted afterwards about the products recommended, which were fairly reasonably priced, and I did not feel "pressured into purchasing" anything in the slightest! (A big worry of mine when doing any kind of spa/hair service) The arm/neck massage was extra lovely, and the aroma therapy/music combo nearly sent me to sleep. If you are looking for something a little luxe to treat yourself with, or to gift to someone, I recommend booking here. (It can be a bit chilly at times, so bring your warm leggings/fuzzy socks!)

I was gifted an Oasis Package with Kylie for Mother’s Day. The treatment I received was far more than I expected! It was one of the most relaxing treatments that I’ve had. The music, sounds and smells were so soothing. Kylie was so professional explaining what she was doing each step of the way. The treatment of my scalp and hair felt amazing. I will definitely be returning AND referring! Thank you Kylie!

this was the most magical experience I have had in a while. Every detail was perfect. Kylie made me feel comfortable the entire Time and make sure to ask if I was OK during the entire head spa. The 60 minute Hedspa and it was the best thing I have had in a while . Was very gentle on my scalp and almost put me right to sleep a couple of times. I will for sure be back.
