I been going to KTaylor for over 13 years. She is always professional and the salon is always clean. She transition my hair from relaxer to natural without me having to do the big chop. This lady grows my hair every time she puts her hands in it. I love my salon and the people that works there.

I just moved to Tennessee and I needed a hairdresser & honey I am very particular about my hair . I am so happy that I choose to go to K Taylor’s salon!! From the ambience , the smile on her beautiful mother’s face upon entrance to her friendly greeting and getting my hair has left me a very satisfied client. K has all the skills a professional hairstylist possesses . The consultation was excellent she colored my extensions perfectly and the application was the best I have had with my protective style installations . I mean girlfriend is the real deal. I have found my stylist !!!!

Initially I gave this salon a 5.0 review this is now being downgraded. This last visit was more than disappointing! I went to have two tracks installed and a touch up. I don’t know what Kia used on my hair for the touch up but it wasn’t what she used in the past. My hair felt brittle and hard ever since! Then she sewed in ONLY two tracks and it’s been under a month and these things are loose and were sewn in lopsided!!! One side was sewn in down by my ear and the other high up on the crown of my head so the two tracks of hair are not even on each side. And no hair left out to cover them on the right side so the tracks are exposed!!! She’s got some creepy woman working there that she said is a friend from high school and my last three visits this woman has sat there taking photos of me on her phone! When I voiced my concerns she said that the woman wasn’t all there and just ignore her! I pay almost $400 for two tracks and a touch up every time I go there and if this is how VIP customers are treated they won’t be VIP for long! I will not be going back there!

I have been going to K Taylor since February for silk presses and I had a spot that was thinning/almost bald. Now since I have been going to K Taylor every 2-3 weeks my trouble spot is growing and I can say my hair is healthier than it’s ever been. The thinning spot in middle of my head is now barely noticeable. I’m glad I came across K Taylor on google. She is very knowledgeable about hair care and maintenance. She actually knows what she is doing. I highly recommend booking with her.

The shop is very cozy and cute! I immediately felt comfortable there. Taylor did my hair and she did an amazing job! She cut my hair to the exact length I asked and also colored it to the exact color I asked for too. I am unfortunately moving in a few months, but if I wasn’t, this would be my regular hair salon!
