I brought my daughter here to get her hair cut by Gabby. My daughter is 4 and nonverbal autistic, so I’m always very anxious for these kinds of appointments. Gabby was beautiful, kind, and not at all apprehensive to work with my child. I will definitely be returning to her for our hair cuts from now on!

Becca has cut my hair several times, and I am always happy with the result. She is an excellent stylist and a lovely person. Becca listens to your wishes, asks questions and explains what she is doing as she works - all while carrying on friendly and interesting conversation. Every appointment is a good experience.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had going into a salon. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by someone up front. The place was immaculate. It was so clean and decorated so nice. Every single little detail in this salon is perfection. I felt like I was in the most high end luxury place. I felt so comfortable and welcome. The staff was all so professional and polite. Everyone was so engaged with their clients. The energy was so calm and just so welcoming I can’t stress enough. The lighting was great so you know what you’re getting done is how it is going to look when you leave the salon. It had great natural light all over the salon. Maybe something I only appreciate lol. I came in with my roots so grown out like 8 months of regrowth. I also had yellow bands of areas that were not even from a previous stylist. I showed Lorin exactly what I wanted. I wanted as platinum blonde as she could get me. She spent from 9 am til a little after 2 working on me. It was a lot of work on her end. She didn’t make me feel like I was any inconvenience. She didn’t rush and took her time on me. She gave me the exact results I wanted without damaging my hair. She was so outgoing and friendly and had amazing customer service, and you can tell doing hair is her passion. Not only that but her knowledge about hair and just her professionalism was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about her or the salon. Finally found a place I can trust to do my hair. I normally don’t post my face on the internet but just to show how blonde and even she got my hair I had to post a photo. Thanks again Lorin!

Becca has been my stylist for 8+ years. I have never left her chair unhappy. She takes her time perfecting each cut and style. She always is supportive in whatever direction I want to go color wise and helps me keep my hair healthy and looking it’s best! I look forward to going to the salon to see her each time.

The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. The workers there are very friendly and welcoming. They did an amazing job with my niece's hair for her senior prom. Will absolutely be using this Salon in the future and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I have had multiple blowouts at this salon and often pick a different stylist each time. The results are consistent and I always leave obsessed with my hair. Each girl is knowledgeable about what products work best with my hair and share tips for my own hair care. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone is personable and kind. The online scheduling system makes it easy to pick an appointment that works best for my schedule. I know that every time I book an appointment here I will enjoy a tasty mimosa and leave with beautiful hair.

Just did the hair and makeup trial for my wedding and they were amazing! It turned out beautifully and the stylists were so fun and friendly! The salon itself is gorgeous! 1000/10 recommend 😁

I came here to get my armpit waxed for my wedding. When I came out, my armpit was hurting but just brushed it off. On my wedding, my armpit was extremely itchy and I looked in the mirror and they were RED!! I couldn’t changed out into my dream reception dress because it was a spaghetti strap dress and I felt really insecure about it.. feeling embarrassed in MY WEDDING and feeling livid was an understatement

I have lived in the area for a while now and have had such a hard time finding a salon and stylist I liked. A friend recommended K. Rae Salon and Spa and I am so glad she did! Madison cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted, understood and voila! I have found my new salon! The atmosphere is so great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this salon to all my friends!

Not consistent. So this is not a traditional spa with a manager and owner. It is all people "renting" space and setting their own procedures. The service began well, but when I called to cancel an appointment since I was in the hospital receiving chemo treatments not every person was informed. You heard that correctly, chemo treatments. Because the message was not conveyed the person who does facials is trying to charge me for the full service of $90.00 because she didn't get the message. I did say in the hospital, didn't I? Here is humor in this...That was in 2022 and as I have ignored this ridiculous invoice it has increased. I just got an invoice for a fee from them today. Are you guys serious? Do not go here. You don't know what you are going to get, how you will be treated, and there is no ramification or customer service if you do not like the service. I was told by the owner, "Well, they all set their own rules. I don't manage them and what they set for clients. I just collect the portion they are due for being in my building." RUN

Over the weekend I called the salon as a first time customer and they got me right in. I had an at home self-inflicted hair discoloration one week before I was to get married. The salon paired me with Madison and I could not be more grateful. She was patient and understanding and talked me through the entire color correction process and turned my green hair (I did it to myself) into a beautiful blended color. I am so thankful that she was able to help me and made my hair color gorgeous before my wedding. I highly recommend Madison! Thank you!
