My french tips aren’t the same size, some tips were oddly shaped, and cut shorter than what I told her. my daughter’s nails weren't like the picture referenced which were just baby pink french tips. My mother in law’s nails were sharp. Terrible service. First and last experience there.

I went in for a simple Mani pedi. The nail tech said "umm what" I said manicure and pedicure. She said "nails"? Fine, I went with acrylics. Showed a photo, shape was oval. She gave me square. She left to have a smoke break during my service. She answered her phone multiple times and told a person on the other line "come, I'll ask Lena to paint her nails". Minutes later, her friend came in, sat in the chair next me and waited. Nail tech rushed and asked Lena to paint my nails while she went outside (again) to smoke with her friend. They charged me $60 even though they could tell I wasn't happy w my nails. I paid, no tip and left. Now, my sweaters and blankets are snagged and I scratched my face because the corners of these ugly square nails are sharp. Going back today to ask for the corners to be fixed. Then, I'll drive to Houston from now on and pay $120 for a full set but at least they'll be done correctly 🙃 (Nail tech was a heavy set white female with a nose piercing and dirty blonde hair)

If I could give 0 stars I would. This would’ve been my second time at this salon. I sat for 20+ minutes waiting to get my toes done. They finally moved me to a booth and had me wait 5+ more minutes. A (white) lady sat next to me and was instantly serviced. I will never return to this establishment again.

My wife and I went for pedicures and have been several times with no real issues. Today my wife’s nail tech was on the speaker phone and did not pay attention to her nod for over an hour… if I could post video I would. So summarizing. Rude. Unprofessional. Too expensive for the lack of attention. Will avoid this place in the future. We no go to J nails near Walmart. Absolutely love the attention.

The staff was nice, however, when it was my turn to get my nails done, I got called to the chair for a full set of acrylics. The lady asked what color, I showed her a design and she said she couldn't do it. So she told the other Lady she had to do it, who was already in the middle of helping another girl with one more girl next in line. I left cause that sucked. Awkwardly sitting in a chair, just to not get service.

There is a man who doesn't understand English gave me the worst pedicure I ever had I complained to the owner she said he will get better they are extremely rude and stay on the phone The intire time and they charged my card extra never go there it use to be a good place now they don't care

Got my nails done here with my sister-in-law and we were both super happy with how our acrylics turned out. Anna did my nails but Lena did the flower design on my ring fingers. The only downside I will say is, as other reviews have mentioned, you will be waiting at least an hour to get started. You can tell they're understaffed though and as good as their work was I didn't mind. I would highly recommend them and will be mentioning them by name if anyone I know asks for recommendations! EDIT: First couple times I went I was just getting acrylic sets, the third and last time I got a pedi and ended up getting a fungal nail infection that I recently had to see my doctor for, so for that I won't be going back. Lena is really the shining star at this place (she was not the one who did my pedi) and I wish she would work somewhere else just so I could have her to keep doing my acrylics.

I showed up ar 1545 to get a pedicure and full set. It took and hour for them to start on my pedicure and they did the pedicure in 20 min. After being there another 45min waiting for my full set i decided that it was ridiculous to Hve to wait that long with only 3 other customers in there.

I wanted to get my feet and nails did for graduation and they only did my feet sloppily one day then made me come back the next day, which was the day of my graduation, to do my nails. They told me that I would get them done right away but instead I had to wait an hour and a half. I ran out of time then and just told them to soak off my previous nails but instead they just popped them off, damaging my nail bed. After all that they still made me pay them $10 for the lazy work they did.

I won't be back. I paid for mani/Pedi for my teenage daughter and I. They didn't even clean up her cuticles. They didn't soften my callouses or remove dead skin. I paid full price for both of us. She finished her pedicure before I did so she went to the other side of the salon for her manicure or I would have said something. But the only thing her 'manicure' consisted of was filing her nails and painting them. Very unsatisfied with the service.

The owner and her sister walked out on me twice, when they knew I was going to get a pedicure first and then wait for one of them to do my nails. Lena put me off on a new nail tech who she was just showing how to use the drill on customers. The tech had just did something to a previous customer nails and Lena had to tell her to stop working on the customer. Then Lena gets up and leave me in someone’s hands who is not well trained. No way! Lena’s sister looked me right in the face knowing I wanted my nails done and there was no one else to do them and she left. If you go in the evening on the weekends they will walk out on you while you are getting a pedicure. Their attitude are not the best at times. Also, Lena uses to much profanity in her business. This is so unprofessional in a business atmosphere.

I went to this location on 1/13 based on a recommendation from a friend that lives in town. We were in town visiting for a conference. We arrived about 10 a.m. and didn't leave until almost 2 p.m. Atmosphere It was extremely hot and there was no ventilation. Eventually, I think the building owner may have come by and noticed how hot it was - so he turned down the heat and propped the door open. There were only 5 people working. 2 were only doing pedicures, 2 were only doing nails and there was one lady who was doing both. Organization They don't have really good organization skills. I don't know if the people walking in had appointments or they knew them over others - but I saw many people get skipped after waiting at least an hour. They would say it's only a 15 minute wait only to sit a person in a chair and have them sit for an hour. It was horrible. Many people were very upset and others sat as if it was the norm. Being the person I am I let them know that one older lady was in line to get her nails done before me and the owner argued with me that I was next. The older lady clearly was sitting down before I even walked in the door. Quality of Work Lena - does an amazing job on acrylics. The lady who was sitting next to her with glasses - not sure of her name isn't too sure of what she is doing. My friend sat down before me to get her nails done and I was done before her. Even after I was done - I waited another 45 minutes before we left. A day later my friend broke a nail just getting up out of the van. The lady who did her nails had to keep stopping to get Lena to put on the acrylics and shaped them and even after all of that - she filed then to thin. For the amount that I paid for my friend and I plus a tip - I don't think it was worth it. A basic gel pedicure, gel acrylics with flakes on 4 fingers, and my friend got gel semi-coffin nails with flakes on two nails $220. Where I'm from where the cost of living is way higher and the service is better I wouldn't have spent that much.

UPDATE------- 24 hours later and my nails are ready chipping. If I was still in town I would demand a refund! My mother and I went in to get Mani's and my mother was getting a pedi. We sat there for over and hour. I watched come in after us get whatever they needed done and leave. Finally after and hour they start to do my nails. Two hours after arriving for a simple Mani, my nails were HORRIBLE. It wasn't painted all the way down on the sides and the polish wasn't shiny and smooth it was dull and uneven with bumps! We will not be going back!
